I did not buy a car here but after going to different dealerships all day. This was my last stop of the day and it was very relaxing. I did not have any salesman bombarding me while I looked. I didn't feel like he was pushing me into anything. All in all he was very honest about the cars and really just there to help me and not force something on me that I'm not sure I'd like. Absolutely loved this place.

Purchased a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire here. It was in great shape cosmetically but it had a brake control light on but drove fine otherwise. We came to a pretty fair number and they had it fixed quickly - even threw in a new battery when they noticed it was weak upon delivery day. There wasn't any pressure throughout the process. I can't say enough how great the team at Miller is! After having been completely ignored at a rival dealership my family drove to Miller Auto Plaza and within 1 minute we were being helped. Boden Lorette was kind, courteous, and helped me find a vehicle for a lot less than I had planned to spend, but which met all my needs and then some. The finance department was very professional and got us a fair rate and terms on a loan, and the extended bumper to bumper warranty was priced so well that I couldn't pass on it. They have a giant play set which kept the kids occupied for quite a while, and nice warm cookies, popcorn, & drinks to keep the little ones from "starving"😉. The massive indoor show room where we found our new vehicle was definitely a plus as supposed to having to walk the cold wet parking lots all day. I definitely had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever at Miller Auto Plaza. Thanks again guys you will be getting my business again in the future!

Went to the Food Truck gathering in St. Cloud, MN on Saturday April 9th. Hosted by Miller Auto Plaza... It was a blast! I don't know for sure how many food trucks were there, but there were dozens. A lot more people than I expected, made for long lines, but was totally worth it! We met up with a group of friends for a group date...but it was impossible to be social, as everyone went their own direction, in search of their favorite foods. Next year we will just go by ourselves, because it is a gluten fest...not a social event!!! LOL

We purchased this particular vehicle purely online and over the phone. Dylan was extremely helpful in finding the exact car we were looking for. As always Barry, our the financial manager was awesome, making the signing process very smooth and fun! One thing to point out is that both cars we bought here (2 within 10 days) had to be returned to the detailing department for things that were missed; i.e: grease on the bottom of the door. Typically, I am not one to say something when it happens once. However, this happened twice, which suggests that it is possibly happening more than that. Since Dylan was out of the office when we picked up the car, we had another salesman and he was wonderful. He took it back to the detail department and cleaned it himself! This sales department gets 5 stars - detailing gets 3 stars.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. They are constantly contacting me regarding my Nissan. I've had it almost 2 yrs and they still check on the car. they even sent me a free oil change. and that's big i my eyes. Overwhelmingly positive experience thanks to Dylan Mehr and Harley! (please excuse me if I have any name spelling wrong) We went to Miller completely guarded, we had only been to a dealership (Hyundai) once before to look at some used cars that had been traded in. The salesman at the Hyundai dealership was standing outside the building, almost like he was hunting for prey, I had an appointment with someone else to test drive a vehicle that this salesman wouldn’t even let me get to. The Hyundai salesman was super pushy and the entire visit was very uncomfortable test driving cars we didn’t want to but felt like we had to. So when we arrived at Miller we had a thousand escape plans going through our head. When Dylan approached us I was practically in a panic until he told us that he doesn’t make commission off of our sale and was only interested in helping us find a car that would work well for us. He made a list of cars that fit our needs, and when a vehicle wasn’t in the showroom he went and pulled it around for us instead of making us walk all over the lot in the rain. They had a wonderful little seating area with refreshments and they even allowed us to grab some lunch and eat it inside while we waited for some paperwork to be done in the finance office. Even though he was helping a couple other people at the time, Dylan did a great job at making us feel like the most important people in the building. Dealing with Dylan and Harley at Miller was an incredibly transparent experience, the price sheet was easy to understand and the terms of my loan were well described to me. While we waited for financing, Dylan took our car to get detailed one last time and even offered to help me pair the vehicle’s Bluetooth to my phone before we drove it home! I also got to drive it out of the building which was only a couple meters but it still felt pretty badass. They made it clear we could contact them at any time with questions or concerns and that’s also something that helps me feel really comfortable with my first large purchase. Despite having had my vehicle in for maintenance only a few weeks ago, the service department failed to correctly identify my vehicle for the purchase and installation of a uniquely shaped 3rd brake light designed specifically for my vehicle by GM. On the upside, communication between us, once the mistake was discovered, was quick and honest. A workable "plan b" was decided on and the components that will be potentially exposed to the weather have been protected until the work can be completed.

I always get the best service for my Nissan Armada with Chris H. He is a service manager that is above the rest. We brought our vehicle in with one problem and it ended up having three. Even though I didn’t want to hear that, he was honest and fair with the pricing. I have been to them for many repairs most of them highly complex like replacing a whole computer. Where do I start? Incredible service. When I first walked in I was greeted by two nice ladies that helped me find my salesman. I went in there knowing what I wanted and he got me the vehicle I wanted for a fantastic deal. The financing department is super helpful and surprisingly fast and they made everything easy for me to understand. I was in and out in just a few hours with a nice and new vehicle! They gave me free winter jacket for shopping with them. The salesmen aren’t pushy at all. They work with you to find you a good deal within my budget and great interest rate too. I was coming down with a "bug" and had already scheduled my oil change/tire rotation; needed to cancel as I was running a temperature. Next day, my drivers side headlight went out, so I added that to my reschedule. Few days later my passenger side headlight went out, right before Christmas and I drive to work early morning. I chatted with Jason at Miller and he said he would take me right away; although I couldn't pay him until Friday (Christmas Eve) when Miller was closed. No worries, he said. Call us on Monday with payment; we want you safe on your travels. Awww! That was wonderful!!!

Would not recommend doing business with these people. My bf bought a car from them about a month ago & they’ve been nothing short of unprofessional/unethical. He was going to get a different car & was told it was available then the sales consultant, Dan, said it was being serviced and couldn’t offer the car to me 2 hours later. Don’t make false promises, and if it’s done by mistake, make it right.

I decided to downsize from a Buick Enclave. After reading tons of reviews and poring over a dozen websites, I decided on a Nissan Murano. I found one online at Miller's website, drove 3 hrs to look at it....unfortunately it had been traded to another dealer, however Mason Brademan found me another on their lot...we took it for a test drive and I loved it! As an "older" single gal, I don't want to be taken advantage of.... I do my research in advance, I knew my Buick's trade-in value before I went in, I had the figures in mind that I would accept...and Miller was right on, first offer! I was so pleased to not have to haggle, plus they split the expense of having a trailer hitch installed. Mason was awesome and a pleasure to work with as well as the finance people and everyone else I met. I'll be picking up my vehicle next week.....excited!! Thank you Mason....and Miller!

Summary -- I feel that they are VERY setup to sell you a vehicle (even with a family!), but only half there for the service side of things. and thus the single star. Detailed review -- So I have kind of a good and bad review of Miller. First off, This is the best place ever for buying a car with a family! We were there for 4 hours with 3 kids (ages 2, 4, 6) and it was fairly painless. All the extras that they have are great for the amount of time it always takes to buy a car. My sales guy was super helpful. Now the BAD, I bought a used Suburban and with that being said, there were a few things that needed to be fixed. We took the suburban home and they arranged for someone to trade me at my workplace so that they could do the repairs (which was HUGE and SUPER HELPFUL). But they were unable to get things fixed the first time... Or the second... Or the third. My engine "flutters" when I am in gear waiting at a stop and the best they could do was say that it was probably just the AC, now after a winter has come an gone, and a few phone calls later, they just don't call me back.

We have leased 9 Nissan vehicles with Miller. Even when we lived in Chicago, we came back to Miller. Chris O'Hara is our guy. We call him before we do anything. He is great with customers and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He always give us an honest opinion. He is the reason we have stayed loyal to Miller. Overall the customer service we receive has been great. Happke is so easy to work with and just takes care of it. Whatever "it" is, he handles it. We needed to run some errands while our care was getting serviced and he offered a courtesy vehicle. By the time we walked around the show floor, had some popcorn and soda, our truck was done and ready to go. Really appreciate the quality of service form this department.

I never felt pressured to make a decision and he was always incredibly patient and helpful through the process. I was very impressed with the entire experience at Miller. We had heard some ads on the radio and knew that Miller had a great reputation so we checked them out when my husband and I decided to find more fuel efficient vehicles. Gina really listened to our concerns and wants (my husband wanted to not feel like a soccer mom, and I wanted something sporty) and found us two great vehicles! We loved the hassel free buying! I hated the way our parents used to vehicle shop and haggling with the sales people for hours.. this experience was less stressful and actually made it fun to shop their store. Once we picked our vehicles, Jake in finance was really great in breaking everything down so that we could understand it all and we didn't feel like we were being talked down to (which is a sigh of a relief as a woman). The entire team was really patient with us, didn't just push for the sale, and actually seemed to care about us walking away happy. Thank you Miller team! I took my car in to replace my rear bumper and my front bumper needed to get painted also. I couldn't afford to get the front bumper done. So when my car was done i was surprised and happy my front bumper was painted. I would recommend this place to get your car fixed.

Awesome experience with the GMC service department. The technician's name was Dusty and he helped with some transmission issues with my truck. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the truck back up and running very quickly. The price was reasonable. I've brought a few of my vehicles here for service and have had outstanding treatment each time. And the technicians know what they are doing- the repairs are done right the first time.

I had a perfect experience at Miller Auto Plaza! My salesperson, Justin, answered each and every one of our questions with patience and with detail. I loved that they openly shared the vehicle history with us. Not only did they provide a history report, they also showed us the repair work & pictures of the rear bumper that had been replaced in a minor fender bender. I was a little concerned about the minor accident, but then had total confidence knowing their body shop did the repair and they had the before and after pictures showing the excellent work. The finance guys also did a great job. It's great to have the lifetime warranty and even better that we were able to "wrap" it to protect our in-vehicle technology. We love our Armada and will be going back for our future vehicles!

Kasai is a good dude! I highly recommend him to anyone that’s going to Miller. I’d also recommend Miller Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. This is the second time I’ve purchased a car from them and it’s been an amazing experience each visit! The service center was amazingly professional and courteous. They diagnosed my battery problem quickly and efficiently without hesitation. I would recommend anyone to the Miller Auto service department. Important side note: Because my vehicle purchase had been so recent, Chris at the Lincoln Service Department decided that I wouldn’t have to pay for the battery replacement. I can’t think of any other dealers that would go that far to make their customers happy.

The dealership seemed very interested in gaining our business and worked hard to get it. We purchased a new Nissan Sentra and we received an attractive price (good value) and the experience from sales to delivery was excellent! One thing we really liked was the fact that they took my daughter (who the vehicle was purchased for) and I to the service department and introduced her to them back there and now she knows where to go when it's time for the car's oil changes and maintenance visits!

I had a wonder used car buying experience from Miller Auto Plaza. My sales professional was Harley Fitzgerald. Harley was a no pressure type guy he answered all my question and concerns right off the bat, he knew his business. Harley truly gave me the feeling he was working for me as a used car buyer getting me the best possible purchase price. A lot of our dealing was done over the phone due to my location, Harley was very responsive getting back to me regarding offer price and questions. A day after I purchased the car something came up with the car that was a concern of mine. I called Harley that morning he had the answers to my concerns (new car operator error) no problems with the car. From my very first call until I drove my car home last night, this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I've ever had! Harley was so helpful, the day we drove from the Twin Cities, he had the car we wanted to look at on hold for us. The paperwork process went smoothly and quickly, there's a fantastic waiting area for pups & children. To top it off, Harley had my new car washed and gassed up for me. Scott Kerfeld sold us a Buick Enclave. The dealership was clean and tidy. My son enjoyed the kid area alot. Service was quick. Scott worked till 5p on a Friday, but stayed late to get us a new car so that was appreciated. Everything went really smooth. Scott was really nice and he helped us find the car that fit our family. The car needed new tires so they offered to deliver the car to us 75 miles away when the car is finished! Nice gesture! Finance department was great! Easy guy to work with although I missed his name. Overall, I'm happy with the experience of Purchasing a new SUV.

Honestly this dealership is a joke. They wanted to charge me 150 for an inspection, which only took an hour. I called to have them look to see if something was covered by warranty. They didn't get back to me until a day and a half later. Then when I mentioned on getting my car serviced they called me 3 times that day. They seem really lazy and only want to help if it involves money. Not a fan of Miller Auto Plaza.
Our technicians work very hard and are paid based on industry averages and performance. To take time out of their busy schedule means they have to get paid for the work performed. We did try to run through warranty claim on your inspection. We have a great reputation here and are proud of the technicians and advisors that work here. Honesty and Integrity is our our core principal. We have very few customers that feel the same way you do. I had a very pleasant experience buying my first new vehicle from Miller Nissan. Scott was super helpful and always made himself available to answer whatever questions I may have had. He lined up multiple vehicles for me and afforded me the time I needed with each of them to make my final decision. I really only went in for an oil change but left with a brand new 2021 Rogue, replacing my 2014 version. This being my first ever new vehicle, Scott made it a fun experience. It's always a tough and somewhat scary choice when purchasing a vehicle, but helpful service goes a long way. Asking the right questions and feeling confident in your choices thanks to a knowledgeable staff is very beneficial. Time is usually the ultimate full spectrum judge of an experience, but so far I've been very pleased with how everything turned out! I'd also like to add that I love the service department. It's one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to Miller. I really enjoy working with Andy and I like how they keep my car clean during and after servicing. UPDATE*** The warranty claim was approved, and I received an unpleasant call back from a "general sales manager" in response to my 1 star google review. I will amend my review to say "be careful of the warranty which does not seem to be as comprehensive as advertised." I was informed that while Jamie is responsible for ignoring my calls and messages, that ADAM is the person I did paperwork with, and he no longer works there. This seems incorrect, as Adam is the person we bought out our lease from in 2020, and the initial incident cited with Jamie is from 2017 when we first leased the car. It was suggested that I "should" have asked for a general sales manager instead of just hoping that calling and leaving messages for the finance department would be sufficient. I'd like to add that this is my FIRST review of ANYTHING, EVER. It's not like I go around giving 1 star reviews every time I'm unsatisfied. I don't think I have ever felt so ignored by ANY company, especially one that I have a standing contract with (the warranty). The general sales manager said that they have NEVER had a problem with the warranty company, so your mileage may vary. I encourage everyone to do their own research. I wish they had called me back before I felt that I needed to leave this review =( ORIGINAL REVIEW*** DO NOT buy the warranty!!! Their warranty company is shady and is currently giving me the runaround trying to avoid paying a claim (Google MAP warranty scam for more info). Multiple calls to miller over two weeks and multiple messages left and ZERO calls back from them. The finance department ("Jamie" in particular) is a huge sour note for them. I have been forced to deal with "Jamie" multiple times, and he never returns calls. He is never apologetic for it, and he is also very condescending. When we first got our car, he was shaming us for our credit score!!! Buying a car with them was a decent 4/5 experience (perfect except for Jamie). Ever since then, the support has greatly declined. Sad to say that I cannot recommend this dealership anymore.
This is not like us. I am glad to here the warranty company took care of the repairs. For those that are reading this, the story is longer than the above review. We make sure to take care of our customers the best we can. Communication gaps sometimes happen and we are working hard to correct Dan's experience and to make sure our future customers understand clearly how to file a claim. I bought a brand new 2018 Buick Encore back in 2018. Nina was super helpful and informative when purchasing the vehicle and would definitely go to her again when buying a vehicle. I only had the the Buick for 6 months before trading it for a brand new 2019 Chevy Equinox from another dealership because I wanted something a little bigger. I drive about 45-50,000 miles a year so I come in for service about every 3 weeks and everyone in the GM service department is amazing and friendly!! They always have smiles on there faces and always do there best to help you! I have brought in my equinox here for everything since the car was new! I hit a deer not to long ago and brought my car into the body shop they have. I have worked with Steve in the body shop many times now and he's always gotten me the best price whenever I've needed something done to my car and even if its something small he always shows that he cares and helps me get it fixed!! I just wish there was a way to get the unlimited power train warranty added to my equinox but I don't think that's a possibility. I highly recommend this dealership and have always been impressed every visit I make here since 2018 when I started getting my vehicles serviced here!!!

I so so wanted to love this experience and it started out good. In mid May, I found a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country Ltd that had all of the features I was looking for and in good running condition. I wasn't able to pick it up for a couple days, and the salesman said great, that would give him even more time to get it nice and detailed for me. I was actually pretty excited about that part. But when I came back to get my vehicle, it had not been touched and was pretty grody. I contacted the salesman, who at first thought I wasn't satisfied, but then I explained that it had not been cleaned at all. He had me drop it back off for a day to make it right, but when I went to get it it, he had wiped out a cup holder and that was about it. He was very apologetic and said that they were swamped in the detail department. I was disappointed but shrugged it off. Then when I went in a couple weeks later for my free oil change and to have my AC looked at (they did me right with that, patched it up to last me longer since the repair was expensive and gave my van a look-over). I was told by their mechanic that the rear brakes were beyond shot and needed to be replaced as soon as possible... pads, rotors, and both calipers (expensive repair). I was surprised because according to carfax the brakes had been checked by Miller before it was put up for sale. I guess I trusted that meant they were not shot and dangerous to drive. The salesman said that they had given it an inspection and it was marked fit for sale. Since the van is a 2011, it was an "as is" sale so there is nothing I can do about repair costs or anything, but it just really disappoints me. I am a single mom supporting three kids all on my own and I need a relaible vehicle to get me to and from my two jobs (one of which is 40miles away). I spent more money on this van than I have ever spent on anything, and here it is going to cost me half that much again just to have the brakes fixed. If I had known the brakes were near shot, I would not have bought this vehicle. They ended up locking up on me suddenly. Thank goodness I was in a parking lot at the time.
All of our "as is" vehicles come with known service or repairable items. We are sorry to hear about your issues with the brakes. Understand that we only sell 10-15 "as is" vehicles per month and really try to focus on our CPO, Newer Used, and New vehicles. we typically encourage people to look these vehicles over extensively. There are multiple vehicles that are in your prize zones. I loved how there are people around on every corner ready to help if in need, they also are really patient people to work with. We had a very good experience buying our new Nissan Rogue. Jeff Kane was so efficient with everything. The test drive, explaining all the new features, etc. He was especially good talking with my wife who is hard of hearing. We are well acquainted with Miller’s service department. This is our third Nissan Rogue, which says something about Miller Auto sales and service. We always look here first when ready to buy a new car. As a long time customer while I have come to appreciate what the service staff has done for me more recently I have noticed a decline in quality and attention to detail. This is especially true in making appointments. The last few visits fir something as simple as an oil change we have been told it's a 2 week wait. If you are that busy then perhaps hire more people? The other issue is oil changes now up to almost 50.00. That's verging on excessive.

I saw a nice used SUV online and emailed the dealer. Steve Nelson responded within hours and said it was still available. He set up a time for a test drive and looked it over and sent me more pictures. I lived about 85 miles away from the dealership and Steve had everything worked out for me. I arrived, checked out the SUV and got a great deal. I wasn't able to take the SUV that day, and Steve arranged for delivery after it was prepped and detailed. Very happy with Miller Auto. It was my first time buying a car, I’m a 23 year old female so being lied to about cars happens to me a lot. Dominic made sure to always be fully transparent with me about the cars I looked at and after a trip to my mechanic I was told that the car was in amazing shape. I fully trust Miller and specifically Dominic Bowers and will definitely be purchasing any future cars with them and would tell anyone I know to do the same! We bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from Miller last September with less than 20,000 miles. Within a month we were at the shop with electronic/computer issues. After it was fixed we were back a month later with the same problem. Now we are having different electronic issues with the car and we are out of the warranty of the vehicle. I am pretty sure we have a lemon at this point and on the hook for repair costs. I know that lemons happen but I would expect a large dealer to back what they sell. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from them but we will not be returning based on this experience.

I've been searching for a new Nissan Altima for 3 months and found the car I was interested in at Miller Auto in St. Cloud. I scheduled an appointment and drove up there from the Twin Cities. I requested to work with Erik Achman since my brother worked with him 6 months earlier to purchase a new GMC Sierra truck. It was very easy working with Erik. He showed me the cars and SUVs I was interested in looking at, answered the many questions that I had, and was patient when I test drove two different vehicles to compare. When the time came to purchase the car, Erik was with me every step of the way! Once I was done in financing purchasing my new Nissan Altima, Erik walked me through the new technology in the vehicle to make sure my bluetooth and settings were customized how I wanted them - this was a super helpful and greatly appreciated! In financing, I worked with Harvey Fitzgerald, who was also patient in answering the many questions that I had and made the purchasing process fast and easy. I was looking for car and was going after a super clean 2003 lesabre with low miles for $ 7,000 the banks didn’t end up approving me for but Big Mike gave me a counter offer of a 2015 Malibu with 46k miles for 11,000 i had been approved for and going the extra step to help me get a car. Had a great experience........ came back recenty to get my boyfriend in a new truck, he had just as great of an experience. I give Miller Auto Plaza 5 stars. We recently purchased a vehicle from Miller and had a great experience working with our salesperson, Justin Stedham. Adam in the business office was great work with as well. They were straight forward, answered all of our questions, and were not pushy. They made the financing process smooth and were transparent on our options and pricing. They were fair on their pricing on my trade in as well. I will say I had a bad experience a few years ago working with a different salesman where I left and bought a vehicle somewhere else. The other feedback at the time was negative and I’m glad to see that it’s mostly positive now. If you had a bad experience in the past, I would recommend you give them another chance. I’m glad I did!

Got a used vehicle from Miller and was very impressed with the staff member I worked with. His name was Tim and he was extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions and was very helpful in getting my old car traded in and getting the stuff done to get me into my new one. I was so happy with my car buying experience. Nina worked with me to get me into a car that fit my budget and my needs and in record time! We honestly didn't think it was possible, but with her help and their experts in finance were on the road again. Not having a working vehicle at the time Nina came to pick me up to ensure we were able to make the purchase sooner than later, something that in my opinion goes above most auto dealers. Jared was very helpful. Did a great job working with me, my wife, and oldest son. We had a bizzarre experience with test driving the first 2020 Altima S in that it stopped moving about 5 or 6 miles from the dealership. Jared came to fetch us with another vehicle. We also purchased a maroon 2018 Nissan Altima SA. It works great, drives nicely. Though I was disappointed that it was not filled up with fuel before we left.

I went to Miller looking for a small SUV. I had looked on the website beforehand and had found a few SUVs that interested me so I stopped down and was connected with BLAKE BENTS to help me out. Blake was great throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I wanted to have a night to think it over before I made the purchase and he was more than welcoming to the idea. I didn't feel pressured at all that I needed to make the purchase that night and that was great. His manager, however, was a different story. He was rather rude and he was also pushy. I came back the next day and met up with Blake again and discussed a few more questions I had and test drove the vehicle once more. When I decided to go ahead and discuss numbers, we had to meet with his manager again. His manager was, once again, rude and I felt like I was wasting his time. I’m not sure if it is because I am young, or female, or what, but I did not feel like he was the slightest bit interested in working with me. I did really like the vehicle though and did go ahead with the purchase. I worked with Joe in finance and he was also very nice and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Miller to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. The staff (most) was very friendly and helpful, especially Blake (thanks again for everything!).

Had an absolutely excelent experience!!! I had gotten pre approved when i was still looking, so when i went in, it was a breeze! My sales associate Dylan continues to be helpful even after the sale with responding to my questions and staying in touch making sure everything goes smooth. The finance department is superb!
