Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union W St Germain St, St Cloud

I’ve made the right choice banking with Affinity. They have great customer service & go above & beyond to help their customers. The staff is very friendly. They are also very good at communication. Casey Krafnick helped me out today & she helped me out with my little dilemma. I recommend this bank 10/10.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to work with you as necessary. The long phone call wait times are usually worth the wait even if inconvenient, and I would recommend to anyone. This credit union makes me feel like I am valued as an individual not just another customer at any old bank.

Been banking for a few years, and Affinity is amazing. They do banking super well, and tailor it to the member, not the Credit Union—simple things like transferring money from savings to checking automatically rather than charging an NSF fee, or putting my check in before they withdraw so that I don't overdraft, to bigger things like printing me a new debit card immediately or offering the ability to take percentage points of loans using points. They also have a charitable arm that helps local causes, and encourage members to help out (awesome!). They offer rewards that can be redeemed for anything from free checks (I've never paid for checks) to certificates.

I don't even know where to start. set everything up over the phone to get a loan so we could literally walk in and take care of it. apparently there was no record of it and or the appointment. the reason we took care of everything ahead of time and make an appointment was because we are far away and so was the person that met us at the bank to receive the money, in the opposite direction. then there was no help that could be done. 3 people drove to the bank and received no help. so I asked if there was anything they could do and they were closing to soon apparently to do 5 minutes of work when there was 30 minutes til close. I could go on. very disappointing on all different angles.

Always friendly, helpful, and offer the best interest rates. After banking elsewhere for 25 years, I switched all my accounts to Affinity. They made the decision to move banks that easy... Thank you !

When I call in to talk about my auto loan. I get an automated system. Then I don’t have my member ID, then I just sit there in the automated system. Then today I get an email saying I’m going to get charged a large sum, for not filling out some insurance form for my vehicle being totaled out. Then I call the number provided and I get on this repeat menu of 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. Then I send an email that is provided for questions. Then it says it can’t be processed as I don’t have an attachment. I’m overall unhappy with the customer service.

Love my Credit Union! Not too many banks you can walk into today where most of the staff remember and know you by name. Affinity is no means small but also not big. Great Job at retaining good people, other banks seem to have a revolving door with front line staff, not here. Can't beat their auto loans and home loans could be better but are competitive. Where can they improve? Need a better dividend savings or certificate, the current ones are not as competitive as St. Cloud Federal Credit Union. Friend banks at St. Cloud Federal which is why I know, however they also don't have some of the perks that keep me a customer at Affinity.

Best decision I made over 10 years ago. The customer service cannot be beat! Very technologically up to date as well. Love them. The staff is unbelievably friendly and courteous. There aren't many places where you can walk in and they greet you by your name. 4 automobiles, 2 mortgages and have ALWAYS beed exceptionally happy with them! THANK YOU!

Best bank in town! Friendly, polite, couteous and efficient. Free coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider & tea. Free change counter, atm, replacement debit cards. Earn points useable for practical banking transactions. They're all about saving you money.

My daughter loves going here because of the suckers and our favorite person at this location is Olivia 🙂 Affinity has been my credit union since 2015 in Bemidji and no matter where I move the people are always kind and understanding of whatever situation we have going on.
