Huntington Bank 25th Ave S, St Cloud

My experience with this Huntington Branch was excellent!! As I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. He introduced himself with his name and asked me for mine. My needs were addressed swiftly and off I went. I wish there were more businesses with such exceptional customer experience in today's society. Thank you, Huntington Bank, Saint Cloud.

I receive a bank transfer at the end of every month from my ex-husband for alimony. This is an automatic payment. I do not understand why this bank has such problems with this. It is the 2nd and it doesn't even show as pending. Called them and am currently waiting on a call back. It has been 2 hours already. I need to pay my rent 😩 Terrible terrible bank.

Since Huntington purchased TCF I've received a letter in the mail stating I need to provide my address so they can send me a new debit card. They then cancelled my existing card before getting the new one to me. Nice...

TCF was a second-rate bank which I tolerated because I liked their 55-plus free checking. But Huntington is a substantial downgrade. Fewer branch locations and ATMs. Longer lines and wait times at this branch. Inferior Master Card instead of Visa debit card. Hideous phone support. I guess I'm looking for a new bank.

The transition from TCF to Huntington was terrible for our family. The customer service is awful! They should be ashamed to imply that customers will be helped. They don't even answer the phone! We will transfer all of our accounts.

This place is nothing short of a discombobulated mess. I had TCF before which was nothing special but for this transfer from TCF to Huntington it’s been nothing short of a joke. There have been at least 5 instances I’ve had to deal with this branch and every time I question if this is a legitimate bank or a scam(which I know it’s not). I will only speak bad things about Huntington going forward because of my experience.

The drive-thru takes forever just to deposit a check or to cash a check regardless what it is the drive-thru takes way to long..the new drive-thru money dispensers are so far back from your car you literally have to reach out your window or open your door, worse transition and remodel ever. Switching banks after this today, this is not the first time I've had to wait over 5 minutes for one car ahead of me 🤬

Tcf wasn't the best but they are definitely better then this! 1 staff working drive through most of the time with 10ish cars waiting. And if you need to deposit cash after hours you can't anymore because both ATMs are never accepting cash deposits! We work during bank hours and would literally have to take time off work just to deposit money. It's the worst bank we have ever had.

If you're looking for a bank that is under staffed with 8 people in front of you one teller who's working the drive thru and the front. This is your bank! Don't get help or service since they're just trying to push you away . Closing my bank account down with them and . Going to better staffed, better serviced and actual want to help

Pam and Amanda went above and beyond to help me transfer my custodial savings (TCF) account to a new (personal) savings account. On top of that, they helped me get a new card. It wasn’t an easy transfer for all of us but these two ladies helped make it a smoother process. Thank you!
