I frequent this pawn shop a few times a month to look at their jewelry selection. Lauren has been superb every time I go in! She is a great part of the team here. Definitely think she is the best part of this place. May I add she really knows her stuff! The rest of the team at this location is fantastic. Many of whom I've been going to see for some time. You will definitely will be seeing me as a frequent customer!

This was my first time ever needing to use a pawn shop to get a loan. Lead pawnbroker Lauren was SUCH an AMAZING help! She was so helpful explaining the loan process. She explained everything to me so well and made sure I was understanding everything. If you ever need to go to a pawn shop to do a loan for the first time, come to max it pawn. This place is AWESOME!

All i say say is you need to check this place out! Checking it out online or reading reviews just doesn't do it justice. Their store has to best variety of items out of all the pawn shops in the st cloud area, and their PRICES!!!! Everything here is such a good deal! Their jewelry selection is to DIE for! They have some of the best prices on game consoles in town. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!!!!

Fantastic jewelry selection! Their jewelry VIP program is really great. I had a small stone fall out of my ring and with the VIP they replaced my stone for free! The VIP is totally worth it!

Max it pawn as of late has become even worse then as i remember it in the past. The staff seem like a pretty group of people but the manager is another story. Although presented with a fake smile he lacks the judgement of someone that I would deem qualified to make higher end decisions. I was treated unfairly without giving the details but I will say that if potential customers do choose to do business with Max it Pawn that you should probably be prepared to be let down and disappointed to the very MAX! Loss of this persons business! Good ridens. Oh and I know that your probably reading all sorts of new wonderful reviews about Max it, well its probably because they are telling each and every potential customer that they will add an extra 15 to 20% to the overall cash paid out! So I would take most of the new reviews with a grain of salt when it comes to the actual experience of the individual! Lets face it if people are offered extra cash just to post a positive review .....they will do it regardless of how the transaction or store visit went! A
