She is amazing in every way (This part is irrelevant…. but she is also one of the most beautiful pawn America employee that I have ever been blessed to have met!)

Best Pawn Shop in the St. Cloud area! Great selection of items for a fair price. Wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable employees! With the help of Jake S. I found the item I have been looking for! I think Jake S may have some kind of magical, wizardry powers that he hides in his beard because I’ve been searching forever for this item to no avail, and he found it!!!

Was in the market for some diamond earrings, I was helped by Max at the jewelry counter. He knew everything there was needed to know about the diamonds, and also said he was GED certified which I thought was very impressive! This will be my stop for any jewelry needs.

You can find some real gems in this store. The shiniest one is behind the pawn counter! It's always a great experience being helped by Jake! Oh, and one more thing: beard.

Best pawn shop in the area, Jake is especially helpful and so is Keaton! Only problem is they won't let you use the restroom. I shouldn't have to leave my shopping to go somewhere else to use the restroom!

We have been coming to the st.cloud location since 2014. There was a ring my wife(now) fell in love with as I was looking for used instruments for my kids. Sadly we were reluctant to buy due to just the "stigma"...and decided we would feel more comfortable going to a big named jewelry store. I am so glad we didn't. We purchased a ring and band. Comforted and assured by Denise, a veteran staff member there from the beginning has offered more personal investment in not just our business there but US. Unrivaled attentiveness and consideration. And we have followed up with her ever since for cleaning and rhodium updating. And each time we go we are so grateful for her. Denise is the definition of class. Thank you Denise.

This is NOT a place to sell gold or silver. Arrived with two gold coins that I was interested in selling. After waiting 20 minutes in line another worker came out and opened his window. When he saw the coins he said he needed to get his boss as he DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING when it came to coins. Then he came back and said his boss was busy and I could wait. I asked how much longer, the worker said he didn't know. This is just bad business. What SHOULD have happened was the boss hands off the cheap tool purchase he's doing to the woker (wore glasses) who knows nothing and taken care of the gold sale. Walked out. Despite their signs, Pawn America clearly is not interested in gold. Advise selling metals elsewhere instead. This place not worth the time.

Julie was a breath of fresh air. She was very nice, handled everything with care. I got a ps5 and any questions I had were answered quickly. She showed me all the cords, controller and console. She even cleaned it! If you see this Julie, hope your son can get that ps5. My friend was VERY happy to get it! And if your boss sees this. SHE NEEDS A RAISE! Thanks for doing business

I’ve been in quite a few times to buy jewelry within the last few weeks. Julie has been great every time I go in there! She’s a great asset to Pawn America! Definitely feel like she deserves to be recognized! I wouldn’t let that one go if she worked for my company! She provides great customer service and is very friendly. May I add she really knows her stuff! All of that is hard to find now days! When I went there last night to purchase a beautiful morganite necklace I had been eyeing up for a while, Maxwell helped me. He took the time to discuss the necklace with me and answered all of the questions thoroughly that I hadn’t asked the first time I saw it. Julie helped me the first time! So I dealt with both of them regarding the necklace. I got off work late so didn’t get there until close to closing time to pick it up. I did not once feel rushed out of that store. I know after a long day of work, you just want to go home. Thank you very much for that! You definitely will be seeing me as a frequent customer! ❤️

Julie is an amazing team member she is incredibly helpful, very friendly and kind, she knows her stuff I couldn't have asked for better help, any question i asked she answered right away no hesitation she makes sure if you need help you get it immediately she's quick and efficient if you ever visit the store I highly recommend getting her help you won't be disappointed, and I think she deserves a raise!
