UnBank- Check Cashing & Loans Division St, Waite Park

Went there during business hours on a Monday and they were closed. It seems this happens often if you read the other reviews.

Had many problems cashing checks here, they say the banks are not ope. To verify check... Well day that's the reason I'm there to cash a personal check because banks were closed..I dont understand there purpose for after hours when banks are closed.. And it was a good check they just don't want to take the time and cash it which they make A LOT of money for doing so!! Just a joke

Just left this place, only one guy working. He accused a customer of having a fake check, did not even bother verifying any information on the check. Threatened to call the police, and claims he looked up the address for the business that was on the check, said it came back as a 73 yr old dead man that owned the address. Refused to verify any other information. Would Not recommend this place to anyone. I myself took my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Says open but the door is locked. Maybe put a sign on the door stating the correct hours and put a sign stating you're going on lunch if you do. Waste of time.

So i was at this unbank cashing a check from another business just down the street the somalian gentleman took it with my idea look something up got up made copies of my id and threaten to not return my id and that he was going to call the cops because the account supposedly belonged to a dead person and the check was fake ...........so i said call the cops ........for one i dont know how he got that dead person info but if you google the fan zone and the address, it matches second if u were trying to verify the account he could have simply call the bank or the number listed on the check and got ahold of the person that issued me the check he didnt do any of that .....smh. This guy is a joke and very unprofessional i wouldnt recomend anybody to this place for it just gives you a headache and angry .......

Most unfriendly place I ever been no one smiles they act like it’s there money there cashing your checks if they cash them there change there policies and don’t tell anyone tell you do it wrong they need to close the doors

We tried to cash a check for a minor and the cashier refused. We ended up getting it cashed no problem at US Bank because that is the bank the check was drawn from. I go here all the time and have never had a problem before. The cashier wouldn't even give us the number to call and talk to a supervisor. And now no one is picking up now that I have their number. Deeply dissatisfied.

I only gave 1 star because they wouldn't me take any away. Went in to cash a check I planned on putting In my bank but had lost my debit card and it was a sunday. I was automatically accused of it being a bad check, I signed the date in the wrong place on the back I was than accused of depositing it on my mobile app already. If I had to deal with that sort of ignorance every week I would rather go hungry and homeless before I cashed any checks. Never again will I step foot in there.

In and out. Quick and easy. That's what she said and she cashed the check too! Enjoy your day!!!

women was so nice and helpful haven’t been able to cash a check for a while with my paper ID and they did it under 10 mins here !
