I walked in thinking I had no hope. My credit is horrible, and I really had nowhere else to turn. They did everything they could to take a chance on me and got me into a vehicle to get me back and forth to work. They were able to get me started in a vehicle to get from a to b, and I'll have the option to get into a better vehicle once I make a certain amount of payments, which is AMAZING! I opted for auto pay so that I never miss a payment. Again, if you think you have no hope, and need a car, go see carhop!!! 😉

I got a car here yesterday and was absolutely blown away with the care that was taken to ensure that I had the best car buying experience possible. They treat you like a real person here rather than just telling you what they think you want to hear just to get your money. If you have all your documentation in order, and proof of income, they'll have you driving away in an hour or less. Low on cash? They have low down payment options. I just really can't speak highly enough of them.

Went to car hop in st.cloud to hopefully get a car. I didn’t have much money down and I had bad credit. Devon Redd was very nice and understanding of life happening. And within about an hour I was all ready to go with a new car! The team is very respectful and friendly! I would definitely recommend buying a car here!

I have limited credit history and no other dealership will work with me but these guys would I was hesitant as the one closer to where I live doesn't have a good history and I was hesitant about going to this one but I glad I did. I filled out everything to see if I could get approved which I didn't Chris helped me through all the paperwork and then asked which one I was curious about and I told him and he talked to his people and I test drove it and really loved it and I was able to drive away with it which is what I needed as the car I was driving the transmission went out and needed something ASAP and he helped me be able to find something to drive away! I will definitely come back!

Car hop helped me get into a car in no time! Low down payment. The car definitely wasn’t worth the pricing but being my credit situation and such i was okay with spending more then the worth to get into something fast.

I was there with my friend who got a vehicle the day before and was amazed by the customer service and the fact that you could still get a car with bad credit. I had an amazing experience here! My husband and I have been without a vehicle for almost 6 months and we were out of solutions and called in every favor we had. Store Manager Chris helped us today and although by myself I was not approved, Chris quickly and easily added my husband to the loan and we were approved. There were several other customers in and out and he was effective and balanced us all well without ignoring anyone. We were able to drive away with a new to us car that I feel comfortable driving my 2 children around in and getting myself back and forth to work. I went in not knowing what to expect. Being I made some poor financial decisions when I was a kid, I knew I was not going to get approved anywhere else. I have heard some horror stories about CarHop from just online reviews and was really hesitant on buying from there. Seeing that I needed a vehicle now I didn't have much of a choice. I am a mechanic and know a few things about vehicles. When I went through the application process with Chris Winkelman and saw that I was approved for several of their vehicles on that lot I was incredibly impressed. I test drove a couple of their vehicles and inspected them to the best of my ability without it being lifted. Now I have only had this vehicle for a day but everything in it is sound. I am very happy with my Kia Optima. She was clean inside and out, runs smooth, and tires were practically new! Now when buying a used vehicle, I know that they are not going to be absolutely perfect. But my Optima is pretty close. Thank you Chris and everyone at CarHop for helping me when no one else would!!!

The service with Chris was great but the car they sold me was a lemon from day one! Was overheating from the same day I bought it took it to the shops they recommend and was never fixed shortly after warranty went off the refused to pay for the damages as it need a radiator flush all new hoses water pump power steering pump and hose and God knows what else will never buy another car from this place!!!!!!!!! Do not recommend if all else possible go else where!!!!!

Chris was a huge help in getting me into a vehicle. Thanks to bad luck my credit is horrendous and I had been turned down for a loan to buy from elsewhere. Had no problem getting a decent vehicle at Car Hop. It may not be perfect or new with all the fancy gadgets but I like it. This will help my credit improve. Chris was polite and professional and great to work with. Car Hop does not deserve some of the bad rap it gets. Older vehicles do tend to have some hidden issues just like older people. Anyway—very happy! Recommend talking to Chris Winkelman for a good deal on a used vehicle.
