I have had my business for over 20 years and have dealt with many banks along the way trying to get financing for many things. It has always been a real pain, time consuming with a lack of results. Working with Gavin From Falcon National bank and his crew, has given me new hope when dealing with banks. Gavin was prompt with excellent follow up, like i have never experienced before. Highly advise to stay away from this company. Misleading and don't tell you everything up front. Read your whole contract. They tell me I have to atleast hold the loan for a year witch is fine. Never told me if I pay it off early I would be paying the same amount. Also never said I had to insurance on the tractor. After about a month started getting letters for insurance now thats another 65.00 a month. For a tractor thats 21000. And putting 5k down im going to be paying over 35k not including the 65 a month for insurance. What a Rip! Do your self a favor go with a different finance company

Very slippery before I signed I was on aware of any insurance other than my contractors insurance needed for my equipment after I signed and received my excavator I then got charged an additional insurance that is required which cost $86 extra a month I also didn’t realize the companys late period is three days and you get charged a late fee which isn’t very convenient especially as a contractor that could have months between payments from jobs .There is always an extra charge and I have never felt more vulnerable with the company there is no grace just bs. I had a lingering late payment fee because I wasn’t sure if my bank was at fault or falcon leasing was at fault for a returned check when funds were available and verified I paid in full of fees on my last payment and somehow this month there’s $135 fee interesting especially considering I asked to pay 100% of my bill they gave me the numbers and I paid them like I said they seem very slippery and on organized it took them weeks to get back to me on a couple of the problems I have had. Getting financed through them on the other hand was very easy and convenient. getting financed through them on the other hand was very easy and convenient . My suggestion is to find a company that has better than a one star review if you were interested in leasing or financing. I also love that the comment back on their reviews to help exonerate their integrity LOL! After consulting with upper management I am pleased to say that we were able to resolve some of the issues that I’ve had with this company and I highly suggest if you have any issues to contact them and discuss it further The service that I have received now is more than satisfactory.

Be careful about these people. They tend to look at bankruptcies that were discharged more than 10 years old to deny your loan applications. That is an illegal practice to apply to someone’s credit rating. Also they would done a background check for them to find that information since they would not have seen it on a credit check. That’s a fishy practice.

We've worked with them for 5_+ years. They are a great bank for deposits and have excellent equipment financing rates.

If I could give this company a zero I would I was approved To lease A piece of equipment through this company The lady told me to put $432 down that would be two payments The payments will be 216 per month Then she told me that they did not include the tax on that 216 . In my 1st payment will be higher because they will have to tax the 216 three times. I have never hear anything like that before. And after that she came back and told me that my application Was only good for 90 days and she tried to run my credit again without my permission But the funny thing about the whole thing is 90 days will be on 19th of November I signed the contract on November 19th she didn't receive the contract till November the 30th that's when she call me .I am trying to find out when did the 90 days end????? They have put me to so much about this piece of quipment I want to is because I'm black

I signed up with ease thanks to Guy, he was straight forward, told me what I needed, I gave him the down payment and requirements and I picked up my trailer the same day!
