Not long after, I was ready to try to pursue another property I had interest in. unbeknownst to me, the loan officer had closed my file! Basically putting me right back at square one. At no time did the loan officer advise me the file was closed, much less offer me an opportunity to update my Preapproval, or that an update was mandatory to proceeded with my purchase. Needless to say, I have pursued other opportunities as Central Bank because just can’t seem to get their act together."
