    Twice today I have tried to go into the branch on the corner of Poplar and McAndrews and both times I have failed. Earlier today there were at least 20 people in line and then just now, even though it says online they are open until 6pm they actually closed at 5pm... I arrived at 5:01pm. Plus I am only allowed to do my transactions inside due to the type of account I have so I'm now stuck until tomorrow 🙃

    Melissa, we are sorry about the long wait times. We take our member's feedback to heart and are always working to improve. Our North Medford branch on the corner of Poplar and McAndrews is one of our busiest branches. We recognize your time is very valuable and the North Medford branch is likely the most convenient for you. We do have other branches in Medford including our East Medford branch on N Phoenix Road and our West Medford branch on Clover Lane. Both are usually less busy than our North Medford branch and depending on the time of day, both are about a 10-minute drive from our North Medford branch. Our North Medford branch also stays open until 6pm on Mondays and Fridays and it is open from Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. We hope this helps provide the service you need during the busier times.

    They are generally quite busy and often working all alone and every teller there always manages to offer a smile and true patience. They should be a reminder to us all that kindness is a choice. They are exceptional people and an asset to their company... Thanks to all of you!!

    Weeks before my loan payment was to be automatically taken out of my account on the 7th of May, I took advantage of the “skip a payment” offer that Rogue Fed offers to all their loan clients. I signed the paper and was told I wouldn’t have to pay. The morning of the 7th, a Monday, I noticed they took the money out of my account anyway. Instead of calling, I decided to appear to the bank in person to get things figured out. At first the lady who offered to help appeard to be professional and willing to help, but that quickly changed. I explained my situation and she started looking into it. First she started to tell me I was wrong, I didn’t sign any paper, and that I probably just talked to someone. I told her I for a fact signed a paper and I had a witness with me. She left the counter without saying anything and went to an office to talk to someone. She then came back and told me that someone failed to stop the automatic payment from coming out. I asked when it was possible to get the money back into the account, which was a few hundred dollars. She rudely told me I would have to wait 3 days, I sure of that number. I was very upset by this point because the reason I deferred the payment was because I needed that money to take to a wedding venue for my deposit, and it was scheduled 3 hours away from my house the next day. So now I have to postpone the date of my wedding due to someone not doing their job. Their lack of support has created a bigger inconvenience in my life. I did was I was supposed to do, they should have done their jobs.

    Our issue we originally had had been resolved but the assistant manager at the branch on center drive needs serious customer service skills

    Will needs SOME serious customer service training. While I understand he’s still in training being on hold for an hour, to have to wait for him to get a manager, (Tyler) who tells him to help me and gives him the phone back for him to hang up on me is incredibly unprofessional. I’m on hold AGAIN at twenty minutes now. In the future maybe consider allowing the person who knows what they’re doing do it and then use it as an opportunity to train. Thank you Kristina for your help!! You were so so sweet and very professional. Appreciate your time and willingness to help!!

    Sometimes I call and the process is smooth. Other times, I'm basically told to "have my husband call back." When I call they can be rude and condescending. If you ask for a call back, it takes days..... If they call back at all.
