I went in to buy a cheap guitar to play around with while staying in town. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and allowed me to play as many as I liked. They had a decent selection of guitars ranging from beginner to advanced. They even threw in a gig bag for free so it wouldn't get wet, as it was raining outside. Highly recommend, will definitely go back.

I thought that I had lost my diamond ring forever! Yeah I had traded it in a couple weeks back and after giving it a great deal of thought , I wanted it back after all! Always a great day, after shopping at this place. Always. They are extremely Trustworthy and personable. They offer a large variety of cool, practical, essential and rare items at better than fair to bargain basement prices. These folks treat my family and I as if we are their Pals. I travel America as an Over The Road Truck Driver. I have shopped lots of Swap Meets, Antique Malls and Pawn Shops (including Vegas's Pawn Stars, and Detroit's, Hardcore Pawn). I absolutely love this place! The entire crew is awesome, I am always greeted with a smile and asked how they can help me. The customer service is amazing, always nice and professional but yet personable. They always do the best they can to help me to the best of there ability. My son got a controller on his birthday and they cut me a deal. It's always clean and looks nice, there is a great selection of items and a bit of almost everything. They're what a pawn shop is supposed to be. They'll loan a fair amount, for something of value. Remember, they are in business to make money, not do you a favor. Both parties can mutually benefit, just don't Google prices then walk in thinking full retail. Over the years I've ended up buying several pieces of merchandise, in the thousands, and used the pawn services many times as well. Don't be timid about asking for help. They want, and need your business, as much as you need that loan or "toy". I can't think of any one employee, that doesn't at least make me say Howdy, but Jerry and Brittney are two that I enjoy seeing every time I go to browse the ever-changing gun inventory. If you're buying or selling, Jerry will pretty much cut to the chase, and you feel like you both made out, when it's done. Brittney at the front counter, has always been courteous, professional, and kinda cute too boot!! Seriously, it's great to have in a time of need, and also fun to go "shopping". There are steals, you gotta be there when they show up!

This place is the perfect example of how all pawn shops should be run. Great employees that were helpful, professional, and extra friendly. The prices were reasonable and they were very fair with the loaning part of the business. I highly recommend checking them out. I will be returning to do more business with them. Great experience overall.

Went in on a whim, ended up with a lovely Yamaha guitar. Wasn't planning on buying anything, but the staff were more genuine and helpful than any pawn shop I've ever visited. Their "we're way overstocked, make us an offer" wasn't a sales pitch; I declined to haggle and asked for the best they could do on the instrument, which apparently was to knock off $100 with none of the "well, if you FORCE us" malarkey. I've only dealt with this businesses from a buyer's side, but my impression was of an honest establishment in a field not known for honesty. Surprised.and pleased!

Every dog has his day, not everyone has a friend or parent to get money from when they need it. These guys have a business to run so they're not lending money for free although their rates are reasonable and their attitudes are awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else I've been using this place for over 10 years and have always been treated fairly and where most people won't they've bent for me to make it work. Felt the people who work there are very rude. I've never been to a Pawn Shop where there is 0 negotiating on the price...when they cut $50 off and item for someone else who asked for a price break. We will not return

I've shopped at Cash Connection many times in the past 2 years and spent over $2k. Tools, firearms, sports equipment, etc. I usually find what I'm looking for and at a good price. I've never had a bad experience and everyone has always been very helpful. Even when I tell them I'm just there to browse, they're always helpful and friendly. Great staff!
