After several years of medical expenses my credit has declined dramatically. Love my 2018 Toyota Rav4. Very generous and helpful. In house financing that is convenient having an auto mechanic plus Gap coverage. Creating a new approach trusting a Car Dealer from a consumer point of view. His comment of factual information of people not making payments on a broken down vehicle. He would rather have you come to his mechanic shop and get it fixed for a lower price. Win win for both parties.

Hyland is awesome 😎 quality vehicles I went to four lots today looking for a good first car for a friend's son this lot not only had the paperwork for their vehicles conveniently located in the cars with a carfax on hand but the sales manager was available and ready to greet us with a smile right aways not only was she pleasant but also honest and easy to work with which at a dealership I respected and appreciated to make a long story short we left here with an immaculate trailblazer a very excited and deserving young man and the desire to purchase from them again and hopefully soon! I didn't get the sales managers name but she was awesome!!! 10/10 recommend

Back in August I went to Hylands to finance a car, I have had bad credit and a repossession. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. But that seems pretty regular for car sales, where I was really impressed was yesterday I took my car in for a oil change and they noticed a crack on a piece that caused my coolant to leak out. They brought it to my attention and replaced the part for free for me! It wasn't safe for me to drive without it replaced and currently was not in a position to afford work on my car and they went out of their way to make sure I had a safe car to drive for my daughter and I! I will be going back for my next car, and hopefully with better credit next time!

Such a GREAT car buying experience! Gina, & the rest of the team went above & beyond to get me back into a vehicle again! Even offering me rides to & from the lot! Really great experience got the car I wanted with the features and fuel economy I needed at a price I could manage. :) They worked with my not so pretty credit and still gave me a great deal. ***UPDATE*** 9 months after buying my beautiful sports car, I came back and got the mommy car of my absolute dreams. Our family wont buy a vehicle anywhere else. Gina sure took fabulous care of us. When they sold cars they where awesome, but since they've moved to being a finance company customer service is lacking bad, on the phone the girl who answered was not very helpful, she was rude, and honestly very controlling in the conversation, and honestly very demanding. This is not how you treat a customer, especially one who already purchased one vehicle and paid it off early, I've never made a single late payment on my car note, and always pay my cars off early, I expect to be treated with respect when dealing with the companies who live off my dollar. The girl who answered the phone was treating me more like I was her employee and needed to do what she wanted me to at that moment. Sorry but it doesn't work like that. I'm the customer, you're the employee, and as a business owner myself I'd never treat one of my own customers this way. I hope she gets an attitude readjustment from this revue once the owner sees it. * OWNER CONATCED ME PRETTY QUICKLY updated back to 5 stars but leaving written review of my experience.

The whole team at Hyland is amazing! Gina worked hard to get me financed and into the vehicle I wanted! David is such a nice guy and Melissa is always super nice to me when I call to make my payment over the phone which is super convenient. When my truck started having a few issues Donny fixed it right away! Thank you Hyland for making it easy to get a vehicle!

hyland is shady, they sale you vehicles that are falling apart and broken they have been taken to court over the house hold bolts holding vehicle parts together, their office staff is rude inconsiderate and disrespectful. the owner is not professional at all only cares about the dollar in his pocket and they do not follow through with anything agreed apon with their clients. i would never recommend going through them for anything. if you value the amount of your dollar and wish to work with someone that will value their customers do not go through hyland! they raise their voice, they hang up on you, they will put you on hold in mid conversation if they do not feel the want to hear you out.

I bought my first newish car from Hyland. They were great from start to finish. I have had no trouble with my car and they really worked hard to get me in something that was affordable and what I wanted. Totally trustworthy used car dealership.

A human company that makes things right. I felt like communication was needing improvement. Even with my account being closed out, they improved on this - with no benefit to them. They really stepped up and they made everything right. That is what stand up companies and stand up men do. This is a sign and up company, with a stand up man running it. No other bank would do what this bank did to communicate with me after the account was closed. It is a business worth using. Please give them a shot at your business.

I bought a truck and the check engine light came on the next day they got the vehicle in and fixed everything no charge and were great about it. I'd highly recommend them to anybody. I wish to edit my review. They treated me with respect and are very courteous. A simple sensor went out in my truck they got me in around my schedule went above and beyond in fixing the problem. Once again I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.
