I absolutely loved how well Mandi and her boss helped me so quickly and with such hospitality. I just needed a little help to get by to pay day and they made it so easy and they made it a great experience. Thank you guys and I will highly recommend! Also, I hope you get the A/C working soon for your great staff!

It was really fast and easy, it was the second time I cashed a check there so I didn't have to do any verification this time, just handed the lady my check and a few minutes later got my money and walked out. Also the lady working there that day has an amazing work ethic even when dealing with difficult people, if I had to deal with the lady in line ahead of me for any reason I probably wouldn't have been able to keep my self from getting frustrated with her. I can't remember the name of the lady working there that day but she deserves some cutoes.

I have a very positive experience Everytime I come in to make a payment , or get a loan. I specifically wait in line to work with Mandi most of the time if I have the option. She is a very upbeat person and always keeps a conversation, which definitely helps calm the rudeness of some of the more impatient customers. I'm glad to keep my business here.

We get a payday loan from them every month, they are always nice to us when we come in and it's very useful in-between pay days. The workers are wonderful and get things done quickly.

I'm disabled by the end of the day ... I would rather cut off my legs than take another step let alone . But I took a friend , the lady behind the counter was so sweet and helpful . My friend got his check cashed. I got a loan..... But I said I am sorry , I get snappy when in pain. She was so sweet and her boss made my life so much better. I've recently started over in my life. I am in a transitional housing program for women in recovery. The lady and gentleman handling customers that day gave me such a renewed outlook on customer service. They praised my efforts, helped me start a bank account, treated me like a customer should be treated and went above and beyond to guide me in a way that just warmed my heart. So many times in life due to my appearance I'm stereo typed and treated as a convict that it can really discourage me however this visit to your store on 6th Ave in Eugene I made me feel so cared for so happy and I walked out of that store in tears of joy, thank you

I loved the service I received. My teller was so friendly and professional, it made cashing my check NOT seem like a chore. That's a big deal! 10/10 will come back, hopefully while she is there!! Such an easy, fast and delightful transaction.
