You can count on Ace buyers to be consistent with their purchasing, their hours, and their customer service. All categories are handled professionally and efficiently I've been using ace buyers for 2 years now since I moved to the area and would recommend this pawn shop over others purely because of the consistent behavior they show in paying out or loaning money. It's not a hard concept and yet I appreciate them because they help me out of a bind often times when I'm short on cash. thanks ace buyers

This is my go to pawn shop. I've been doing business with Troy and his guys and gals for about 10 years and i've never been disappointed.

Love ace buyers they are always friendly kind and understanding of everyones situations and give you the best they can. Once or twice a year I use them and always get my items back before 60 days is up. Highly recommend them at this store thank you for always being respectful and kind.

First time in today and I'm rather pleased, they were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuine. Vicky assisted me and was a superstar, I will absolutely do business with Ace Buyers in the future. Bonus points for having a bamboo keyboard for sale, I didn't know they existed and now I need it in my life, going back ASAP for it. 5/5 experience.

Stopped in today just because of some negative reviews that were so bad they had to be total fabrications. Walked to the back counter to look at guns where I was greeted by Bruce. Great guy. Super personable. I got a great buy on a nice little piece. Absolutely will buy here again.

The folks at Ace Buyers on Hwy 99 are great! I came in to sell some ammo about they gave me a better price for what I was asking. They were honest and very helpful. I would highly reccomend going there and checking them out!

Very steep prices on ammo compared to shops in Salem or other areas. Heard a guy asking If they had any mosins and there were two on the rack and the guy said they didnt have any. Old guy seemed kind of rude to another customer I came there with. Wont be buying here. Sad as another one of their locations was actually pretty good.

Staff is courteous. They seem to operate in business with also having a heart. Caring, unlike so many other businesses today. More than once I have witnessed the manager help a person in need instead of maximizing on profits. Good quality items as well. Overall , the best second hand store around.

My wife and I have purchased two or three firearms from the good folks at Hwy 99 and Royal over the past few years, and I will continue to give them my business. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for this location, but "0" Stars for the Springfield store on 14th (between Main and South A streets).

I've been in here a few times now. Most of the staff is always incredibly friendly and ready to help, except for the gentleman who handles the firearms. His know it all attitude is very off putting. When I asked to look at their .22s he simply said they only had one and went right back to tinkering around. I was very much interested in buying said .22 but given his attitude I will be taking my business elsewhere.
