After a long search Scott found my wife and I our new X3 Turbo RR XRS Smart Shock sxs. It was all done up by the dealership the way we wanted it. He was very professional and courteous to us. We had to drive from above Vancouver Washington to come and get it. They held it for us, got our financing done and everything ready so we could load the sxs and turn and burn. Jeff in finance was exceptionally kind. I have severe PTSD from serving in Iraq and was having a full blown episode and panic attack when we came in. Jeff immediately noticed and made everything smooth and quick. He also treated me like a human and showed great concern with my well being which I appreciate more than he knows. By the time we left, matter of 30 mins he had me feeling better and ready to make the drive back home. Thank you Jeff. Now when we went to load the sxs(not our first time) a young man that works there named Joey came out to go over the machine with us. Very polite and he helped us load the vehicle, and all the accessories that came with it. He didn’t have to but went above and beyond to make sure we got everything loaded, tightened down and ready for a long trip. Thank you Joey you rock! This was a wonderful experience at their dealership and with everyone enrolled. Thank you all for everything you did for us (especially in my time of need). We were ignored going into the store. Understaffed or not, a quick "hello and we will be with you as soon as we can" would have been good for business. I also inquired via email about availability and was a given a vague response. Definitely not pro active in selling anything.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had. I have purchased jet skies and a boat from other dealers and by far they are the best!!! Charlie “Charlene”😊 our sales rep was awesome… no pressure sale, he was looking out for our best interest.. Our experience with Brian the service manager has been outstanding! We purchased a new boat last summer and he has constantly gone out of his way to keep us on the water. Once he helped us successfully troubleshoot via cell phone while we were on the lake on his day off. Another time he changed a prop so we could get back out the same day! His technical knowledge and customer service have made us lifelong customers.

I bought an axis A24 during COVID. Like every manufacture the boats being produced were behind schedule. Waterworks always stayed in contact and kept me updated through the process. Getting a custom boat designed the way we specified was worth the wait. When the boat came in it was perfect. They got it out to us quick and did complete walk though to make sure we understood the functions of the boat. We put 20 hours on the boat the first weekend and they got us right back in for the first service and we were back in the lake in the following weekend. I would highly recommend purchasing from Waterworld if you like to taken care of during and after your purchase.

Large show room, personable staff. The only reason I gave a low rating is because they advertise make and models of boats with price ,down and payments on boats they don't even have. Then in the add they say don't wait. (if your that detailed, you should have it in stock) Then they say that is for order, and the price is unknown? If I order won't I have to wait? They are not the only dealer that advertises units they don't have. I am sure fine print is clear. which is why it is the last thing you see. Just misleading, and poor tactics. Next time just advertise the model and order yours, not price that will likely not be the same. Oh well, though I wanted new, I found a clean used one that might fit my purpose

I filled out a credit application. I was waiting for some sort of response. I never heard from anyone and ended up buying Local

We asked you to call us to discuss what you were applying for. You did not respond to us. You never got back to us. All you had to do is simply return our message and we could have discussed your application and eagerly worked with you. You did not do that. We reached out to you multiple times. You never got back to us. We take the professionalism of our business very serious and value top level customer service. This poor review is uncalled for and has no validity. Undeserved poor reviews, like this, undermines the whole review system and does not reflect how we do business. Have a good day.

Went in to the store to get some information about purchasing a new or used boat for the upcoming season. Walked in with my lady and 1 year old son at 5pm, fully aware that they close at 530. I had some simple questions and just wanted to see what they had available, nothing that would've taken more than 15 or 20 minutes. There was a beautiful Malibu in the showroom that I was very interested in, and the three of us spent 10 minutes walking around it and talking about its features. After that we looked at some merchandise available in the store. Not a single employee approached us to see if we had questions or needed anything. No one said hello, welcome, or goodbye as we left.... nothing. I was very disappointed as I prefer to keep my business local. I realize they were probably anxious to get home for the day, but when you're talking about a potentially large sale, you might want to just check in with the customer... not to mention it's just good business. It looks like this time I may have to head up north to do my business.

I was looking for a side x side to help with landscaping projects - we live on a steep hillside and everything has to be dragged up the hill from the driveway. After moving 1,500 lbs of concrete block by hand, I gave up and went to Waterworld in search of a 4x4 ATV. The salesman wasn't pushy, really just let us browse in peace, which was nice. What was really pleasant was the actual purchase. I called late on a saturday and explained I needed to buy the HD-8 Defender and pick it up the next day. The sales manager explained they would normally not do deliveries on Sunday, but would work with me to get it done. We showed up on Sunday and the Defender was ready to go, and the paperwork was all finished. We signed and took delivery in about 10 minutes... And I had the Defender hauling bricks all week long.
