Jennifer Garcia was my original sales rep I spoke with and she made EVERYTHING so easy and thoroughly explained the process. She was always available to answer my calls, texts, and emails whenever I needed help.

This place is great! Alyssa Buck and Jennifer Garcia are amazing to work with - super professional they answered all my questions return all my calls and emails extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of getting started. For 17yrs we have been a dedicated carrier therefore I’ve never had to use a factoring service but these two made it as easy as possible they explained everything to me as they know I ask a lot of questions and it seemed that they loved working with me I’d recommend these two and Riviera Finance to anyone of my closest friends in the trucking industry. 👍🏾

Okay, where shall I begin? Being a startup company, I must say booking loads can be intimidating. Riviera Finance solved that problem for me. I have immediate access to the credit rating of each company and can make intelligent decisions. I have hands on assistance with Monica & Daisy (Team 6) for all my factoring needs. I'm not an easy customer and a little high strung, but these ladies hang in there with me and make sure I have everything I need. They continue to teach me daily and enable me to improve processing invoices, accessing reports, and obtaining credit increases as my company grows. They also troubleshoot/research my invoices when asked to do so. Overall, it's a great connection for us as a company and has saved us from booking with people who did not have our best interest at heart and would not have paid us except for being connect with Riviera Finance. I have been working with them for around 15 years and I really recommend this company. I haven’t received any chargeback from them since then and they súper profesional I feel in family with them.
