    Great experience with Christopher Montaño, he’s very informative and has your best interests in mind. He helped me refinance my car and got me a much lower interest rate, which is what I was hoping for. Chris is now my go to person for any financial needs I have. Thank you again, Chris!!!

    Worst bank EVER!! I had my account blocked because someone stole money from my account. Never was I credited the money that was stolen and on top of that transactions were still be debited from my blocked account putting it in the red. And all they could do was put me on the phone Monique in there claims department, and she is the rudest most sarcastic and condescending customer service agent I’ve EVER had the displeasure of speaking with. Y’all lost me as a customer. And for anyone thinking of opening a account at FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION… DONT DO IT, you will regret it

    It's ridiculous how they treat their customers I was denied a 12k refinance loan with good credit never a missed payment and with 18k on the bank due to my status renewed every two years while I was approved for a 230k loan from a different lender felt discriminate but it's how they do business. That's the end of banking with them.

    Thanks to the help of Scott Uong, I was able to open a membership as well as apply for a personal loan. I greatly appreciate the customer service and will be pursuing further business with this location. Scott has restored in my mind the confidence I needed to rebuild my life! Awesome!

    I have been banking with them for nearly 25 years and I am sad to say I am leaving them. Their customer service and accounting practices have finally reached a new low. In 25 years you probably could count the times I have called with two hands. I called once a couple of years ago and the lady on the phone was rude practically accused me of fraud in their subtle yet understandable way. Is not the first time, but it was the last time I talked to them. I do everything online so I have no need. They always seem to be with their nose up in the air, after all they are in the Krogers I go to, always new faces, sometimes I ask myself is it because I am Hispanic and at one point my life my legal status was on hold and they knew I don’t know. But lately their accounting practice of making withdrawals first and then deposits seems unethical. They are quick to charge and just not to be treated as a thief or a complainer I don’t even argue with them, but I do think is time to leave. Hate to since they are only 5 minutes from house but am done. Do I recommend them years ago I would have said yes, now? No

    I came in in distress because I applied on line for a loan because I have an emergency repair in my home that needs to be taken care of now. Yovani Martinez listened to my story, reviewed my history with the bank, job history, and income and was able to help me reapply to get the help I needed to start the repair process in my home. I almost was in tears because I didn't know what I was going to do until now. Fccu and Yovani Martinez thank you so much for working with people and making the impossible a great possibility for me and my kids. Tonight I can sleep better than I have in the last week and it because of Yovani.

    I came in today to file a dispute for a company that was withdrawing from my account multiple times without me knowing. Scott U. Was super helpful with the process and provided good customer service throughout the process! I enjoyed our conversation and having banking here for 10 years and knowing most of the people from the Sam Houston location, it feels great to know I still receive great service and knowing I made the right decision to bank here.     I came in to sign documents for the new account, Scott was super helpful with the whole process! I never banked with a credit union before but the customer service I received at Sam Houston will definitely make me a long time member!
