Super super bad customer service. The bank is busy and there is always only one teller and 7-8 people waiting in line. I came to deposit some cash and the teller told me i have to count it by hand because i didnt count it. Told me i should come prepared. So whats is the point of teller working there for? Also, the teller was racist because one of the customer didnt speak english, and she gave attitude. This is the worse bank i have ever been to. I know why they have so many one star review now. Do not come to this bank.

Disappointed to see that Bank of America is going downhill with lack of personnel, not having drive thru bank tellers, not having a drive thru ATM that you could talk to and get the change that I need. Now ATMs only give you money with $20s; if I need $5, $10, $1 you have to go inside the bank and to make it worse, my Bank of America on Gessner and Beltway 8 is closing on Saturdays! Working people need this service on Saturdays. This Branch is always busy and needs to remain open on Saturdays. Yes we could go to other Branches but why should we when this one is close to our homes and others are inconvenient. I feel we are not appreciated as customers anymore. Sad but true

Extremely slow I even did the QR code to email the vice president or something like that it’s pretty much a waste of your time do not come to this bank it is extremely slow in service especially for the teller line I was changing your bank was way easier

There are really wonderful staff at this branch. They are very polite and professional. I usually don't have an appointment when I go in and the wait is not long or they get me right in to see someone. I'm thankful for their kindness in helping me with my banking needs. Faye and Marcello are the best!

The teller put me in queue for a personal banker and I'm the only one in the bank waiting because there aren't any personal bankers in their offices. She should have told me there weren't any available and to come back later instead of making me wait for an imaginary banker. All I need to do is transfer some money and close my account. I am extremely dissatisfied with service. When I did get a personal banker she was helping me and another gentleman, despite the fact that I had been waiting much longer. I am so happy to have closed my account and never have to deal with this poorly managed company ever again.

Used to have adequate drive-their ATMs but removed 2 and the others are always broken. False advertising on Google to claim you have drive-thru ATMs. Might want to change that to “sometimes drive-thru ATMs” to avoid customers making wasted trips.

They are always Short staff and they wont hire more people. You go spend at least 1-2 hours to get basic service from them to be done. So ridiculous the waiting time

I have been banking here since they opened. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Although, I am a firm believer of attracting more flies with honey rather than vinegar. In other words, I treat them they way I would like to be treated. They have always been kind and helpful. Give stars. My only complaint... The ATM's have issues from times to time which is very frustrating.

They have one teller that is slower then a sloth and they have it 80 degrees inside. I’m 9 months pregnant and I swear she is being slow on purpose.

On a Friday at lunch time, one teller who didn't seem to know what she was doing as it took over 8 minutes to wait on one man, she finally rang a bell and another lady slowly managed her way to another window, sat there for a minute or two as nd then called for the next client, no greeting, very rude. Acted as if she was bothered by the people who were in line. I will never visit that branch again.
