The WORSE MANAGER and staff of any company I have ever interacted with. The manager NEVER comes to the phone, return calls nor reply to emails. No wonder her staff is unprofessional…RUDE and being curt with you and letting your loan sit in office for WEEKS!!!! Extreme lack of communication and very Lazy!! I asked twice for my loan to be withdrawn because it had been over 2 weeks of no resolution, so I applied with a different company and got approved with a much better interest rate and awesome term immediately. Loan funded on day number 2 of applying with this other company, and it was directly deposited into my account. The guy who answered the phone at One Main said he will notate that I decline any and all offers and I requested it to be withdrawn as well as tell David, Ebony AND Adrienne I believe is her name…the manager that I changed my mind and to withdraw it along with giving me a confirmation it has been withdrawn per my request by phone or email. NOTHING!! 1 week later after it was suppose to be withdrawn, I get an email that they still continued with the process and turned it down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE MAIN FINANCIAL, especially the location on 249/ Tomball near Buffalo Wild Wings and FM 1960.

No one called us back. Ever. I think we had 30 days to get the secured loan finished and the agent taking care of us made sure that didn't happen by not calling us back and not answering our calls. And then after the 30 days which only made us available to get the unsecured loan it was push push push for us to hurry up. Kinda weird huh?... But we didn't have time to pick a way better place due to time so we had to go with y'all. We will be paying this loan off fast and not using you guys again. Thanks for nothing. Benjamin Beaher

Stacey was awesome!! Thank you for helping me get my debt to a manageable level. I was able to pay off what was costing me in excess of $600 a month an have much lesser bill to pay. And for those reviewers who felt they were being pushed in a certain direction, you must understand that these employees have a job and a legal obligation to present all possibilities to you. All it takes is a small two letter word that has been in your vocabulary since you were 9 months old....NO!

Do not use this place. Our A/C went out and we needed a personal loan. We contacted them because Credit Karma recommended them. All of a sudden they were trying to get us to sign on a loan that was connected to my truck payment at almost 20% interest and for 7 years. Do your research people this is not financially smart. Called my credit union and got what I needed at an interest rate that made more than half lower than what they tried to get us to sign. This place is a Con!

Very Unprofessional people and rude. I regret taking a loan out with these people and if I did not care about my credit I would not pay the money back. At the start when I got my loan we went into the office to do paperwork was there from the time they open until lunch time. Listen to the gal tell about her personal life then on top of that she told my husband he was cute. WHO DOES THIS IN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS - Then I need to change my due date she got the nerve to tell me to come in - then I call 2 weeks ago to change my payment method - and was told you got to complete a form. I said email the form and guess what the form have not arrive yet. But little do they know I got a top contact off the better business website and I'm sending my complaint. I believe this girl is stealing money it something about here - she talks to much to try to throw you off. Yeap stay away from these crooks. Hell I'm the consumer not you.

This experience was the best I have had since doing business with the company. I am happy that much leg work had been done prior to me driving over there. Thank you for allowing the staff to help people before they drive to the office. When I arrived staff was very pleasant and I didn't have to sit 2 hrs to wait for paperwork to be ready. I was directed to One Main to consolidate my credit accounts through Credit Karma. Very quick, and friendly staff. They cut you checks right away while you are signing your documents. One of my creditors shredded the check we sent because it was a 3rd party check so they placed a stop payment on the original and re-issued another directly to the institution. Great service.

Stacy was very sweet, She has a great sense of humor and is very easy to talk to. She got my loan through and put into my bank account the same day. I have gotten loans through One Main Financial for several years and I have always had a good experience.

Great place if you ever find yourself in a tight spot financially. Process was simple and easy. My advisor at One Main ( Sarah Neva) is great! She’s welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable of the process and provides you great customer service. Overall pleased with this business.
