Excellent and Impressive Customer Service and Business knowledge. On 02-June-2022, I had phone called this company to request information in regards some Power Tools and Jewelry. I had spoken over the phone with Eddie which had provided a series of great answers based on my requests. After I had received excellent information and feedback, he kindly provided me their location, business hours, and had invited me to bring the items I needed to sell or for any collateral items purposes. It was great experience over the phone. Consequently, I decided to visit this location with the option of performing business with them accordingly. The moment I walked in, I was very welcomed by Eddie and his team, despite the fact that it was my first time, I felt that I was not a stranger, the experience and business outcome was above and beyond of what I would had expected. I was able to get a good amount of money based of the transaction we executed accordingly. I thank Eddie and his team for such a great and excellent business experience!
