I have worked with this title company for 15 years on at least 10 real estate deals. Although I am not an agent, just a private investor, they been professional, efficient, and accommodating at every turn. I can not say enough about Charity and how she has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. For this reason, I insist on using Richland Title for all my real estate transactions.

Richland Title was the most accommodating title company i have used for a property purchase. This was my first experience that i had purchasing property without Realtors. Charity walled me through every step and made me feel so comfortable even as she had to redo some of the documentation. I felt like she was not put out at all, but that was her pleasure to service my purchase.

Closing process was smooth, however there was little effort spent on sending the escrow checks to insurance/bank or HOA. 6 months after closing I received notice from Charity that the checks had not cleared and that they needed to be resent (by me).

I'm SO disappointed with the service we recieved!! No copies of what we signed at closing....Promised they would be mailed the next day...3 weeks later still norhing!! Not to mention the other errors we Are Still trying to rectify. We've bought and sold Many properties and NEVER had these type of issues!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE!!

They gave me a $500 bonus for doing it through them but then it’s been two months and I still haven’t received any of my money for my sale of my house I’m not very happy
