They always give me a hard time so if you’re black don’t bank with them they don’t like us specially the guy manager.

Ignorant staff. Called earlier for assistance over the phone. Instead of lady assisting me she stated she could not assist me I would need to contact the 1(800) number I asked for this number & she got disrespectful and disconnect the phone. Terrible Customer service. I do not recommend going to the branch or even reaching over the phone because the level of disrespect there employees have are beyond me and no one should have to tolerate it.

I made a deposit of $270 in their atm on Saturday after hours. The screen went blank and then reset itself. It took my cash , card and gave me no receipt. While sitting there on hold for over with customer service the atm reset itself. Customer service says they didn't see that transaction and made a ticket in which it will take up to 72 hours to review it.. I have no receipt and fill I'm screwed out of my money

Alyssa wnukowski was my bank teller and she did not disappoint when it comes to regions great service. After having a bad experience at my bank I drove out of my way to come here just for their friendly service. Thanks region!!

Stay away from this bank if your trying to cash a check wrote off of this bank. I got charged over $64.00 to cash 5 check's. Most banks charge a flat fee to cash a check.
