Truist S Cobb Dr, Smyrna

Ever since Suntrust merged and became Truist it has been an absolute nightmare!!!! You can’t make deposits at any ATM, they disabled the deposit feature in the app, the fees and customer service is disgraceful! Do not bank with them, save yourself the headache! If I could give negative stars I would, we have tried to go along with the changes but it has be incredibly difficult and we have been shown no grace considering our years as customers Closing all accounts and moving on!

Staff appears to be friendly but always giving misinformation. I have a credit card I’ll like to pay off but every time I pop in they always come up with something. Oh you have to pay with cash, I brought cash now oh you have to pay using money order!! I’m so frustrated. I have interest accumulating on the card at an alarming rate, Nothing here is user friendly…

Worst bank in the history of worst banks. Try getting someone on the phone. Good luck. Worst customer service.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. The staff made it easy for me to deposit my rent payment into my landlords account with no problems. It was my first time doing that and they made it easy. Very clean and quiet. They were not pushy like some banks with their approach to opening an account.

I found the location very clean and the people helpful. I went in late in the afternoon and Reed assisted me. He provided thorough, prompt assistance with my funds transfer. I will definitely visit this branch again and would recommend it to others. Great job Reed!

Ever since the merger, our experience with Truist has been abysmal. We went into the branch today and Rachel Sadipe was extremely unhelpful and exceedingly rude. This merger was the worst thing to happen & we’ll be looking for a new bank.

They rarely answer their phone and always have unhelpful service.

Rachel made some room for me in a pinch. She helped me start a brand new account while being very informative by answering other questions I had. It was hard to get great service in the banking world prior to covid, yet today Rachel made me happy to join SunTrust.

Manager couldn’t endorse the insurance check we had. I had gone earlier in the week just to confirm they could! Sent us to another branch where we had to sit and wait for way too long before we were helped by the one person in the bank who wasn’t a teller.

Extremely slow and understaffed it’s ridiculous!!! Wish I can give them a -5*
