Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Cobb Dr, Smyrna

I arrived at 8:57am to find a line of 16 people waiting for the bank to open at 9:00am. At exactly 9:00am the security guard, Jason, let the people enter. Ruth asked each person how she could help and directed them to an account manager or to a bank teller. I explained to her that I was purchasing a car and needed a check to buy the car. She suggested that I get a cashier's check. The bank tellers were very efficient and processed the customers quickly. Jessica helped issue a cashier's check for me so I could purchase a car. I was in and out in 18 minutes. Jason, Ruth and Jessica were very friendly and professional. They all should be commended for their great service especially during this challenging Covid time.

how yall gonna have 8 bank teller windows but only one person working at most times?? sometimes, when the line gets really long... another bank teller will appear & come do her job! it doesnt matter what time or day you come here, you will always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. come on corporate, hire more people. stop building banks with 8 teller windows when the most youre gonna have is 2. The staff is great and friendly, it's corporate who I'm upset with for not wanting to hire more staff.

Inexperience employees work here. Don’t know how to do business transactions. And blaming their servers system. I wasted my whole 35 minutes with those clerks.

They never have more than on teller working at a time. Employees are rude. Hate coming here. They dont give service at the drive thru either. Unfortunally the next bank is 15 min further down windy hill.

Horrible bank, can not find a location that actually has staff and available to cash checks. Covid has shut them down. They should not even be in business. Survival of the fittest and you fail Bank of America.

What a terrible experience waited in line for almost an hour and half. They only had one person at the desk. Not only that they had a customer who had a bunch of money but instead of them opening up another window they did nothing manager walked around until 5pm then he decided to help I will never be coming back to this bank an will be changing banks terrible terrible service!!!!

Stay away from this branch. I went there for a temp card 15 minutes b4 closing and the manager told me ..I could not get a debit card since it's almost 6..I would have to make an appt for another day.Where in the world you go to a bank b4 closing for a simple temp card and they told you No...I guess if I was Hispanic she would since she help the two other persons b4 that was doing a longer transaction...Patty Shop...no wonder there reviews are 2.8...HORRIBLE....Say nothing about Wells Fargo one minute b4 closing they got you

Assaulted by another customer who cuts in front of 2 people plus me in front of a bunch of other cameras then when I tell the security guard he says everyone will be served in a timely manner. When I ask to file a complaint she says that's not his job and if your not injured unless you call the police we cant help you. Yes great manager Ruth Mestres. When I call the customer service there isn't any way to file a complaint about the manager or security guard.

2nd week in this bank around 1pm and the line is ridiculous with only 1 agent working and 10people online. This branch is understaffed! 2 agents at desk, one with customer and the other 1 managing line.

i made an appointment to get a debit card, it took 3 weeks for the day to come, and now out of nowhere its closed on the appointment day. now to wait another 3 weeks 🤦🏻‍♂️
