I came into the store in need of a few hundred dollars. I was super skeptical of coming into a pawnshop because of all the bad stuff you hear about them. But when I came into the store I talked with Jason and he was awesome. Honestly I was surprised on how incredible the people where. If you’ve never been to a pawn shop I’d highly recommend dropping in!

My first time dealing with Smyrna pawn everyone there is very prompt eargered to help. Everyone very helpful and will go out of they way to break down different scenario with different items. They have a lot of knowledge with different items they are eager to share with you and work with you as well........ Everyone is very greeting you feel a sense of welcoming when you're there they have alot in of items that I want to buy but I can't buy the whole store thank you guys for all of help. There's a father and son that works there I can't remember their names but i appreciate you guys so much looking forward to seeing you again........

These guys are super hospitable and fair. They always take care of me and make it really easy to get done whatever I need to get done. They explain clearly why a price may be what it is and they text you promptly like 3 days before something you pawn is about to expire. They are honest guys who look out for you while you’re doing business with them. 10/10.

Thankful for the help. The people were friendly and they gave me a fair value for my items. I also appreciate some of the things that you don’t think about when pawning an item such as the ability to go online and look at your account 24/7 and be notified via text message when your account is coming due. Not your typical pawn shop! Hands down one of the cleanest, best organized there is. Jason and team are always friendly and happy to help. Great selection of quality goods -- I've personally purchased electronics (iPads, phones, etc.), tools, etc. over the years whenever I've needed something but not wanted to shell out for new gear. Using these guys for pawn was the best decision I ever made! Being able to get a loan on high end luxury items and only get charged 10% percent interest rate for a loan over $1000 is unheard of! Atlanta Luxury bags charge 20% no matter how much the loan is. Definitely go to these guys!

Their Safe Moving service is excellent!! Jason Wallace is very professional, dependable, and courteous. He was full service when he delivered out new safe and the price was so reasonable compared to other companies I got quotes from. Jason too the time to show us more about the safe than the seller did! Now that is saying a lot. I would recommend his service to anyone who buys a new safe or needs an exiting safe moved.

I had a great experience with my purchase. I called inquiring about a keyboard for my daughter since she just started piano lessons. Mr. Wallace was so polite on the phone and promptly sent me photos of a Yamaha keyboard he had at the store. I was able to purchase it easily online through their website. He even put batteries in the keyboard so my daughter could play it right away and is having a power cord sent to my house. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and so nice! They tested out the camera I purchased, they even connected to a computer so I could double check that it would work for my purposes. I haven't been to such a clean well organized pawn shop since the covid 19 pandemic started. The store was full of merchandise and the prices were fair. The management and team welcome me when I walked in, not alot of pawn shops do this anymore. They helped me find what I was looking for and worked out a deal. We shared some friendly jokes and they gave me some future recommendations and welcome my business back anytime. All to say this was a great pawnshop experience with a unique store and good customer service.
