DO NOT USE! I applied for a refi Dec 31st, and as of today, May 11, we still have not closed. All documents requested were provided within hours by me in January. No title issues, no income issues. I have been told for weeks that we would have documents and close within 24 hours. I was told someone would meet me in FL to sign docs since one of the scheduled closings was a week I was on vacation (beginning of April). Guy never contacted me. Come back home, reschedule, and keep getting pushed back. According to Titel, they have just been waiting on lender. I have closed both as buyer and seller on a half dozen houses and never had these issues. Most of ours have been 2-4 weeks. I am talking to a new lender and do to the amount owed, what my house is worth, and my income, they can close me in less than 30. I am at 131 days today!

I contacted Red Rock mortgage because they are who we used when we purchased our first home. Even though it was a pretty bad experience, we figured we’d call them and give them another chance. I needed to inquire about a loan approval and where i needed to start. We are in the beginnings of custom building. The man i talked to was arrogant, passive aggressive. And absolutely treated me like a complete annoyance. I have never been treated so rudely. Do NOT have anything to do with this company. They get a -0 from me.

Working with Stewart F. was very rewarding in the end, considering the amount of hoops we all had to jump through to close on our house. Stewart was professional and proficient in his work. Thank you very much Stewart for everything you did for our family and ensuring we got the best possible outcome.

These people have lost documents and I had to provide them again. They have made appointments and not showed. Very incompetent!

Red Rock Mortgage was horrible on my refinance. It took 6 weeks (almost 7) to close on what my mortgage officer called a "standard" and "easy" refinance. They forgot to order my title work until the day before we were originally set to close. They also forgot to disclose to me that I had to wait three days from closing date until my refinance funded. Even the day of closing, the title company was a little disgusted with them because they were messing around and taking forever getting them the instructions they needed to close.

I just got done buying my first home. Keith Vinyard did an amazing job. He was super helpful and was always available when I had questions or needed assistance. Would highly recommend Keith and Red Rock Mortgage!!!

This group made our refinance so convenient I almost felt guilty. It was without question the least difficult real estate transaction I have ever been a party to. My recommendation for a variety of financial transactions without reservation.

As salesmen, they make you feel great at first to get you hooked just like a pyramid scheme. Once you started the paper work, they couldn't care any more less about you. They also use the worse mortgage lender known my Mid America Mortgage out of Texas. It isn't worth your time, go elsewhere for your mortgage and if you are a first time home buyer, stay far away.

Completely unresponsive to my real estate agent when we were trying to get financing for a house we were interested in. Once they did respond, they said that the closing would take 30-45 days minimum. Went with a different lender and was closed in 22 days. Wouldn't recommend this lender to anyone.
