They didn't send out my title so I wasn't able to get tags, took them 8 months for me to be able to get them and they wouldn't update the paper tag when they couldn't give me the title. A technician pulled a part off of another vehicle to put on mine. If I could go back in time, I would never set foot on the lot. Customer service has been horrible with every experience I've had. Online, they state that customers can communicate with them via phone or email, sounds convenient especially if you're traveling overseas, but in reality, they refuse to correspond via email.
We are sorry that you feel this way. But, we did mail out your title shortly after your purchase. It was mailed certified & you never signed for it. After 6 months you called and we helped you get your title. We would love to give our customers extra temporary tags to help them out. But that is against the law and we never do it. The repair, there is major supply chain problems. A lot of parts are 4 to 12 weeks out for delivery. So, yes we do take parts off of our cars, disabling them from being able to be sold. We do this so that our customers can get on the road and live their lives. We do appreciate your business!

The worst! They told me on the phone that they refused to work with me multiple times. The car they sold me had issues after saying they inspected it throughly. They will turn your car off, tow it, want $2000 for it plus towing fees if you want your car back. Not to mention, they said, they couldn't push the payment to my next scheduled date because my regular payment date is the following day. If I have the funds for it then, what's the problem? I'm so sick of them. I'm glad I'll be buying my car in cash from a private owner. These people and dealership are the worst. Too bad I found out from other people how bad they were afterwards. 😑

This is the worst place to buy a car, you may as well get one from the junk yard . I guarantee it will run better and the finance department wouldn't know how to draw money if it was given to them in there hands. The mechanics at the warranty department are shade tree mechanics

I had a very good experience buying my car they where great but the finance department is another story I called into them today and explained I would make my payment Friday because I was supposed to return to work but not able to due to my sister passing away and I was waiting on my bereavement pay to hit my account to make my payment she said she would note my account and forgot to put me on hold or hang up and she proceeded to talk about me to another person and said I quote” she is making up the story about her sister “ I was lying about it” and when I said excuse me what did u say the lady hung up on me this is not the first time someone being rude and hanging up on I’m getting really frustrated with this department there is no reason to o say I way lying about my sister dying it makes me regret buying my car you need to check your finance department

They were amazing! I have horrible credit due to a divorce. They worked with me, they do in house financing... which is why they can finance you to get back on your feet if you have a job.... Etc. And all those took seriously like an hour! In and out!

This is my daughter's car, she purchased less than 2 years ago. Had nothing but trouble with the AC. Been back and forth to many times to only have it quit working. We took it to another shop to have the problem diagnosed and was shown where the cooling line is leaking. Gave these folks an opportunity to fix it correctly, but guess what, they just added freon again and told her it was fixed . 10 days later and it's back at the garage in Yukon to see why it's not working. They never replaced the line, even though they said they did. Looks like I'm going to have it fixed by a "REAL" garage and then take what legal action I can. She is a single mother with 2 children that only asked to have it fixed correctly while under warranty. To much to ask I guess. Time for plan B.
There are several AC lines and we only replace the ones with a leak that we can detect. Sometimes there is a small leak that we can not detect. That is why we use leak detection on these repairs. Sometimes it takes two or three visits for this repair. Had you brought it back to us, we would of gladly repaired your daughters vehicle. All of our Technicians are proud of their work and do a great job for us every day. Sometimes mistakes happen and sometimes it's just a process of elimination. We just ask for some patience and understanding as we try to resolve our customers repairs. Shawn

Just walked in today and walked out with a car. Junior didn’t pressure or hassle me when I walked in, worked with me on my credit and got me to a reasonable payment plan with the down payment I had brought. A pleasant car buying experience!!

This has been the most emotional draining experience of my life since May. My car was totaled out from a hail storm and so my loan was paid off by my insurance in MAY! My balance is $0 but I’m still seeing this car loan on my credit report. I also was not suppose to pay a $500 deductible because my insurance company told me they had already deducted it from my deductible! I was told by express credit auto that it would be reported as a repo on my credit report if not paid, so I paid it. When I asked for a detailed receipt and also when my credit is going to be updated I get no answers and get passed around to voicemails and receive 0 calls back. Mind you this has been going on since MAY!
I am sorry that you are not happy, your satisfaction is important to us! Your deductible with your insurance company is out of our control. But the loan balance has to be paid off by the customer if the insurance proceeds does not cover the total loan balance. A lot of the Credit Bureau update speed is out of our control. It can take 3 to 4 months for a file to be reviewed and updated by the credit bureau agency's. We are updating our software to speed up this process in 2022. Paid money down on a car, Friday told them it was a issue before I drove off. Swore nothing was wrong. Monday the car was back. They have had it the entire time payment is due Friday and I only drove the car 3 days seems like a sale was all you guys were interested in.
I am sorry, but this is just bad luck. That's why everything we finance comes with a limited warranty. We finance your purchase with our own money. We only make money when the customer makes payments for a very long time. We don't slam dunk sales on people like other dealers do.

Steer clear of this dealership, literally! This has to be some of the worst after the sale service I've experienced in my 40 years. This company will gladly take your payments, your personal information, and your sanity. Their website does not work for account holders. I repeat does not work for account holders and has been that way for over 2 years now. We've made multiple requests in this time for pay off amounts and they will not disclose this information nor get back to you when the proper avenues and protocols are fulfilled. It is probably going to be the biggest mistake you can make to purchase from this company. Please heed my warning. Express Credit Auto needs to be investigated to fullest extent for their lack in business ethics and horrible business practices. Shawn you should be ashamed.
David- We have tried to look up an account under this name and nothing is coming up. We would be happy to address any concerns that you might have if we could look at your account. As far as the payment portal on the website goes, it is a product that we have been trying to replace for about a year now. We have done business with the same software company since 2009 and they have suddenly sold out to a bigger company and are no longer fixing issues that their customers have. It works most of the time but unfortunately some times it does not and they will no longer support the product to fix it. COVID has only made the issue worse. Support technicians work from home, help is limited, etc. Contrary to what you might think it is not as easy as pushing a button or flipping a switch. New programs have to be written and vetted and this was dumped on us with absolutely no warning for us to plan. We are having a new solution built. We have over 8000 customers. Most have no issues. Believe or not it is our goal for customers to be able to make their payments and access their accounts 24 hours a day so if there was any way that we could make this process move any faster we would. It is hurting us as much as it is an inconvenience for you. We have however been in business since 1996 and have taken care of a lot of people over the years. That is what has allowed us to stay in business this long. So while we completely share your frustration with the problem it is not a reason to negate the other 25 years of business or the other 8000 current customers that we take care of- we have the highest of ethics and excellent business practices. We also offer many other ways for customers to make their payments and we have live agents available 6 days a week. Again we would be happy to see what we can do to solve your issue of getting a payoff but we do not see you listed as a customer please have the person listed on the contract contact 405-772-7777 for help.

I bought a vehicle here in November 2017 had some mechanical issues happen in February of 2018 which in turn the vehicle broke down, there’s other places that does in house financing and we’ll work with you way better than this company, monthly payments instead of bi-weekly and there aren’t any “payment reminders”/trackers in the vehicles either. Just do some research before doing business with this company!

If I could give it zero stars I would. But let me tell you my experience. I'm an acute cardiac patient who relied on this car to take me and my wife back and forth to hospital. These good old boys and girls repo my car today after being late almost 3 weeks because we are buying her meds. We will be looking for a way to drive these companies out of Oklahoma

My wife and I went to tons of places, and Express Credit Auto and not only were we approved but the down payment and monthly payments were actually reasonable. And the staff were amazing.. they stayed well over 2 hours after closing and were happy to do it! Okay I consigned for my grandson to get the car that he wanted off the lot. The car was in good running order and the price was 2 grand under blue book and we got an additional 5 hundred off with a coupon for the sale price and not the down payment. The down payment was super low but the note a month is the note you would pay at David Stanley, but for the low down payment I see the reason for such high monthly payment. Billy greeted me as I walked through the door and he walked me the buying process which took about 2 hrs to get all my info verified and he got me and my grandson cold drinks and pops and sent the car up to the gas station for a fill up and of all the sales places I have been I have never been treated like I was a friend buying a car instead of a customer. I have read some of the reviews and I know everyone has a different experience depending on the sales person and store staff. So I thank them for helping my grandson to have a good running car and a good buying experience .

The staff are warm and friendly and seem willing to work with you, however it's their finance company that is one you should be wary of, Auto Advantage Finance Company. I recently lost my husband of 31 years, it was very sudden and sent myself and my family into deep sorrow. I continued making every payment without concerns, and six months in they found my name was not on the contract, I had never worried, I thought because I am his wife that everything would be alright. Then one day when I tried making a payment, through the auto-mated system, they had rolled back to the last payment my husband had made and it was asking to use his card numbers and not my mine, the one that I had used for the last six months. I immediately called, I also drove to Express Credit Auto they refused to speak or negotiate with me because my name was not on the contract, my first name was not on the contract, my last name, my family name, my life was though. Still they took my car and put it on the auction block. I was willing to negotiate, they refused.

Well, first off I was approved when no one else would approve me cause of my credit or situation. I had to wait a really long time to just get into my vehicle, but eventually was put into something. I'm not happy that I was told a certain price for my payments a moment in then few hours later it changes in jumps up hire. Also for the down payment I had their was not much of a selection even with me offering to put more down and even the prices didn't drop much on the payments. So... my experience was ok not the greatest.

I bought a car from express credit auto and within the week the clutch started to go out and slip. After two months it went out completely. Do your research and shop around before making any purchase here. Especially when you have to pay twice KBB. They just want your money that's all, nothing else. And the dealer who dealt with me was really rude and didn't care for helping me find a good vehicle that fit my needs. Edit 2years later: I received a payoff quote that was good for two weeks today and mailed off the cashiers check to pay it off. My check arrived 5 days before the expire date! But they penalized me for not making my normal payment the day earlier! I NEVER ONCE MISSED A PAYMENT BEFORE THIS! NOT ONCE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU ONE BIT!

Although we cannot discuss the specific details of your complaint online, we can say that we repaired your vehicle when you initially contacted us at our expense, even though manual clutches are not specifically covered under warranty. Unfortunately, such as the situation with brakes and tires, manual clutches are considered a wearable item. Your claim that we called it "wear and tear" two months later is not accurate. We received no further contact from you until over a year after the repair. Your statements about your experience with our sales staff, pricing, and your payoff are again inaccurate. We will simply say we are completely transparent in our pricing and even post our prices online. In addition to this, we include a limited warranty on every vehicle and we do not charge a "Dealer Processing Fee", or any other hidden fees. We are sorry your experience with us was not satisfactory and we wish you the best.

I am a loyal and faithful customer to Express Credit Auto! I have NEVER missed a payment, I have NEVER BEEN LATE, and my vehicle has NEVER been shut off! I brought my car into the warranty division, paid the $50 only to be told there was not an issue. I guess it is normal for the car to have a ticking noise and have a rough idle. The check engine light was not on and I believe because it was not they did not take the time to properly diagnose it. I called Express Credit Auto and was told "Oh Well wait until it breaks down." This is what a "valued" customer was told. I was thinking of doing a trade in since I thought I was a valued customer that has done right by the company, but I can see this is only a one way street. I was informed that I was not able to do a trade in. So here I am CURRENTLY 04/25/2018 with a car not properly running and not even able to trade it in. I am paying $450 a month for garbage. I will NEVER come back to this company. I thought I was doing right by helping a smaller company and not taking my business to a large corporation. I thought wrong obviously. I would stay away from this company if you have a choice. I even wanted to refinance my car at one point and was even denied that. NEVER AGAIN EXPRESS CREDIT AUTO!!!!!!!!!

Great place to get a bad car with high payments . I bought a jeep liberty and the first month the started went out . They wanted me to pay for the towing , to tow it to them to see what is wrong with it . My fiance changed the starter because it would of been more then two weeks without a car . I had to change the oil twice because it was black from the start. Very nice salesman but not good cars . I should listen to the review on there .

We are both disabled and our social security is not huge, but we told him that we needed to replace the Jeep we currently drive, which is on its last leg. Not only was our rep rude but he was taking personal phone calls and fighting with his wife right in front of us. We kept trying to ask questions about the car we were interested in and he was just very rude and didn't want to answer any of our questions. And then he told my husband that he would get him in a car for $100 down if he picked a certain car so they test drove it and went back in to start the paperwork and he changed his mind and wanted almost $600 down. he was very very rude to my husband and I. We left and went to Hudiburg and have no regrets. But with that being said I did have his supervisor called me today To check my husband's references and I informed him of what happened to us and he was very nice and respectful about it and told us he would pass it to his manager.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. 2nd time current customer. Not saying all of ECA is this bad, but this specifc location is. I've been trying to get ahold of Customer Service for over a week and been kept on hold for over two hours each time. Their website is down for customer service. I call this store to see if there is anyone that can help me manage my account. A sales lady says she will transfer me to a supervisor. She proceeds to transfer me to the same system I had been on hold with for over two hours and blocked my number to their store. I was not boligerant. I was not rude. I am BLOWN AWAY by how unprofessional and inconsiderate they have been these passed two months. Reconsidering future buisness with them.

Been on hold now total 52mins. Just to make a payment arrangement or payment it dont matter at this point. The customer service?? Thats good info. That I already have. And to correct you , The payment office was open I started calling at 9am when they open finally got Danni and she needed an email sent to verified I had just spent $556.00 on a car Ive had since June to replace broken strut mounts.Who sells cars with broken strut mounts? Do to Needing a payment arrangement. I had to prove I had made a repair.......so I send The email with pic of receipt and tell Danni email sent she says okay I will check HOLD ON.....52mins later Im still on Hold I call from Different phone and got thru and was assisted in like 2 minutes. Bought a 2010 Nissan Titan from Express Credit last year. Never been late on a payment. But realized where I live I need a 4×4. Decided to try and go back to Express to see what I could do about trading in the Titan on a 4 wheel drive truck. Was told I needed to have the truck for 2 years before they would even consider a trade. It is what is. But overall not a bad place and does work with you. For that I'm grateful.

I Will probably go back if I can pay more money down, for what I want, so that I can have a lower monthly payment. I'm still looking for that car especially for me. Everybody knows what they want, and don't want to be forced into something they want you to have. Other than that it was okay.

I came hoping for a decent car, and as a first time buyer I brought my mother along for some guidance. Absolutely horrible service. After it was revealed the car I was hoping for would be around $150/month MORE than what we were anticipating, the salesman started to really pressure us. We discussed going to another dealer that's a bit pricier up front but we've had good experience with. He started to double down, attempting to school us on the importance of credit (despite us explaining we are in no rush to build credit, plus we had other plans for that). He found us a Nissan Versa for me to test drive, and it had red flags. The battery was dead, despite the dealer admitting it hadn't been sitting long, and there was a dent in the rim(which doesn't happen by itself). After the test drive, I decided against the car as the dealer had been acting funny, and the car just wasn't built for someone like me. As I went back in to grab my paperwork, he said "I don't know what sort of agenda you or your mom has..." and went on, getting increasingly rude as I'm simply getting my paperwork to go to another dealer. As I started to walk back out, the salesman stated "you should start making decisions on your own", implying I shouldn't have brought someone along for guidance. His rudeness made me realize how much of a bullet I dodged, after I started hearing more about this dealer. I found another dealer and had a FAR better experience. Please do not go here. Bad deals, rude salespeople, sketchy cars. Edit: So apparently this review got a reply, seeming to completely dismiss it. A manager had called me personally to understand the situation apologize for his behavior, seemingly unbeknownst to whomever wrote the reply.

Paid my loan off in March. Called a month later asking for my credit report to be updated (was told it would be updated monthly when I made the purchase). The CSR I talked to was very nice and said she would email upper manamgement asking for the payoff to be reported to the credit bureaus. I was sent a payment history that shows a $0 balance. I have checked the 3 major bureaus and my credit report has not been updated since January and I had to leave a bad review for that to happen. If you're trying to build your credit, go somewhere else.

The dealership is alright when your the customer it's after the sale when it goes down hill see you but a car here if you have credit issues so now that we established that criteria they expect you to be late on payments as it's 8dollats a day every day u late get five or so days late then bam ur car SUV truck won't start need to go to work to pay for urcar too bad figure something else out . Or pay and didn't think you can leave your car off till u have your payment cuz now it's been a week and your next payment is now due . It is best to get ahead of late payments, as that department tries its best to make arrangements for you. Although, you do have to make your payments, just like any other bill, to keep your service. We do not want you to make your payments late. You are able to control when you make the payments, not us. Again, please call into our Account Management department on Tuesday, so that someone can help you with your account. We strive for excellence when helping our customers. Rude , went for information No one was available for assistance even though I called ahead of time and they asked me to come in. Finally when an associate came to assist me he did not answer questions nor did he help or attempt to take my application or take any information to see if we can do anything to assist me..Did not ask what I was interested in or like I mentioned my information to see if I even qualified for any of their cars. As much as we appreciated getting a 2009 GMC years ago from this location, we will happily never return. The monthly amount was ridiculous, the guy that was selling us the car would talk sweet nothings then hit you with all the gimmicks after you finalized. When discussing our payment, he told us it would be monthly payments, only until we finalized everything did he tells us, oh yea it's bi weekly, not monthly. Never ever again!! We were naive when purchasing from a dealership as this. I had read reviews to stay away, but I wanted to see for myself. Boy, was I wrong. Every few months there was something wrong with the car, or the payment device failing which would drain our car battery and then wouldn't start. Numerous times this happened. It even happened during winter with my one year old in the car when heading to pick my husband up from work. Every few months it was something new breaking or malfunctioning with that car. I've had to have that car towed home over 6 times in the years. Mostly due to the payment device. Even doing the necessary routine care that you have to do for a car something always had to be fixed on that car. What a nightmare it was in dealing with over charging in maintenence that they apparently "Don't cover". BUYER BEWARE!!!! they will hit you with a GAP fee along with your bi weekly payment if you do not put 1,000 deductible on your Insurance. We were NOT explained this when purchasing the vehicle, only until we started getting calls MONTHS LATER!!! But boy oh boy did we deal with some hateful girls over a years time. The last year in dealing with someone new in accounting was our experience better. I cannot remember her name, but she was the absolute sweetest in dealing with. At the warranty place, the bald gentleman with glasses, and the long haired woman with glasses were amazing each time there was a problem though. They were always thoughtful. We would have returned, but we won't because not enough care goes into these used vehicles. You learn a horrible lesson about how truly horrible the cars are after you have gotten it. Give a month to three months and everything that can go wrong with your car will go wrong. That check engine light will stay on almost forever. I saw that in numerous reviews, but thought maybe they could be wrong. Nope!!! Its true. Maybe when they start caring about the vehicles maintenence and the people purchasing them then maybe it'll cross our minds. But till then, no can do. Wish this would have been a better experience for us.

I bought my first car in 2018, I bought a used 2013 dodge Avenger. Miles where not bad, they have a honest true warranty center. Iv had my car almost a year now works great, sounds great, drives great! Interest is really high, but I understand because I was a first time car buyer! Ruuuuuun. Do not buy a car from this place. They sold me a Mustang that needed a new transmission. They lie about pricing and the finance reps are rude. The insurance department never returns phone calls. Please save your sanity and money and go somewhere else.
All of our vehicles are reconditioned and tested before we will deliver it to a lot for sale. They are used mechanical machines that are covered under our limited warranty, including transmissions. All of our pricing is posted online and is fixed, no games. We finance these vehicles ourselves with our money. It is in our best interest to sell a quality vehicle. Would love to give 5 star rate but first day I bought the car the battery died and alternator went out. I’m 9 months pregnant, missed doctors appointments etc. guess it was just a sell. Thanks Vanessa! Took to warranty place they claim it just needed a key replacement and tracker replacement only to get home to a car that still wouldn’t start after. Call the place I got car from and Vanessa says, “ this won’t be helpful but wait and take it back to the shop when they open” 3 days of getting the car and haven’t been able to make appointments etc because it won’t start. I would NEVER refer anyone here!!! So much for showing care and concern.

I bought my Jeep on December 11, 2016. Had a great experience with Billy Miller. He is the man to get the job done. It took quite a bit of time, 5 hours, but I drive away with my Jeep! He got a decent payment for me and I only put $700 down, not his request, totally my choice as I wanted the lowest payment possible. I have to say he saved me $160 per month compared to my last payment with another self financing dealer ship. And 15% less interest. Now this was an awesome job by a salesman! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! We bought a car from here 13 months ago. We have been late before on payments but never over a month. The car is in my husband’s name and he has always kept in touch with them when we are late. Well we were late this past month and only at $500. 25 days late and they repoed the car at 7:30am yesterday even after my husband told them we would be paying it yesterday!! They made sure to get it super early before we could pay. Now they will not give us our car back unless we pay the full $18,000 owed on the car. We didn’t ignore phone calls or anything like that and made sure they knew the situation but it didn’t matter. There is nothing good I can say about this place. Please don’t make the same mistake that we have made. Research the company and read the reviews and you should be able to make the wise decision.

The good : salesman we worked with was really professional and curtious towards me and my family. Haven’t used the warranty but it’s nice to have. The bad : the vehicle has been wrecked. My evidence is the miss aligned parts and blue tape around parts and the dent on one of the pillars. Although there’s nothing wrong with that the salesman promised me that they don’t sale wrecked cars. Nevertheless thanks to the salesman and your help the van is still a good vehicle and we will enjoy it.

My fiance bought a 2012 Dodge 1500 pickup in her name for me. We are both one fixed income and have been paying 700.00 a month. There have been a couple of hiccups on the payments but they have all been made until a month ago. She tried to make arrangements with them but they said no and they shut it off. She got back to just a half of a payment and they still refuse to turn it on. Just a little history we only got behind if we had extra medical cost during the months. But again always have paid it. We only owe 1400 and some change to have it paid off but they refuse to work with us to turn the pickup back on. With all that is going on with this virus and their heartless refusal to even work with a customer that has paid the vehicle down to 1400 dollars I will never purchase or recommend them to anyone.

Only go here if you're desperate. Update- I've emailed before only to get no response, just to come in. Warranty is bogus. They do not cover anything but charge upfront to look at your vehicle. I have a transmission problem that's resolved by scheduled maintenance at 90k miles that should have been done prior to sale, but it wasn't (purchased at 113,000 miles). Billing office is hateful, and that's a nice word for them. They'll bring you to or your loved ones a very to tears and then still not help They use fear tactics that are illegal for collections. If you're late and ask for a grace period they give you less than if you called in. (if you're late, you can use the little remote to find out how many days you have left, and can get an extra day. But if you call, they'll force you to pay in the next 3 days or they'll override what their contract says.) Don't pay ahead because they'll forget to have it taken from your balance so they can get more interest. Once you're almost up with your loan they'll try to get you to sign up for a new loan. Insurance department never returned my phone calls. I changed insurance companies and they reported that I was without coverage and charged me with their coverage. To 9 months to fix, and I didn't get all of my money back. I shouldn't have to pay to make a payment online. That's customer abuse. The sales managers are always putting down the sales staff in front of customers. The sales staff is making fun of past customers in front of new customers, thinking they don't know what's going on. Their pricing is going to be illegal soon. Many of the loans are almost 300% of bluebook, and probably more considering what they pay at auction. It's predatory lending. If a bank offered the rates they were asking it would be shut down for predatory lending. Want more? Don't fix my problem alone, fix your business.

My experience buying a car from Michael at the North OKC location was extremely fast and professional. I had an amount for monthly payments that I was not willing to go over and he never pushed to go for a more expensive purchase. Actually, he got me a lower payment than what I expected in a low mileage vehicle. Every request I made, Express exceeded. Excellent place to buy a vehicle.

I am very upset over how things have transpired regarding my account with Auto Advantage Finance and Express Credit Auto. I was given a payoff yesterday 8/1/19 to which I produced a check the same day to the dealership on NW 39th I bought the vehicle from. Was told by them that they would courier the check to corporate and by 430pm it would be on my account to release my car to me. Auto Advantage Finance stated they never got the check and the car would not be on and released to me until the money cleared completely. Manager at the store Josh Clayton is who said it would be done after speaking to a manager by the name of Becky with Auto Advantage Finance. He said everything was noted in my account, however Auto Advantage Finance said they saw no notes. My mother went to the store twice to get this sorted out and was lied to before getting anything done. No one knew what was going on from store to corporate unless I called and said something. I am now being told the check was received but won't be processed until Monday 8/5/19 and the car will not be cut on and released until after that. All the while, a recovery agent came out twice to try and take the vehicle! So my check has been taken and the car was going to be taken too which is wrong on so many levels. This proves no one communicates with anyone. How can I trust that anything is the truth and that anything is going to be done on Monday? The excuse given for no one seeing the check is that the person who gets the mail was sick. So there is only one person who checks the mail? Others could have been affected with time sensitive information like this too which is a travesty in itself. Everyone I spoke to except for Brandy and Ruby with Auto Advantage Finance was rude and condescending through this whole process, and that is also bad customer service. It was not my fault that the company does not have the capacity to employ someone who can check the mail other than one person as well as people who can effectively communicate from the bottom up or vice versa.

I will never buy a car from this place again. I asked for payoff balance and they refused to give it to me over the phone. I would put 0 if I could for review. 4 months ago I wrote this review. Its March in this company continues to have me shaking my head. There is a National Crisis and you want me to give you a company letterhead stating why I am not at work. How does the company look now!

They do sell good cars but some informations are withheld until after the sale. My car was not cleaned when i purchased it. Some damage to the front bumper that discovered later. The salesman told me the damage was not there when i drove the car from the lot. The charger in my car does not work. It was never disclosed to me. The has apparently been in an accident as the paint is wearing off. Poor paint job. Still unresolved. Unfortunate!!

I give it a star because the man who sold me the vehicle was very kind and helpful. That's the only reason. I Paid nearly a year (roughly $5,500) only to have my car repoed for falling ONE MONTH behind on payments. Granted I can admit it's my fault for not being able to make the payment, work slowed down and I was in a bind. But before this issue I paid on time with a few acceptions of having to ask for an extra week to pay, but regardless I paid. Then I called to ask if there was anything I could do to get the car back the day it was repoed because I not only wanted the car still, but I didn't want the past 10mths of my hard earned money to be for nothing, who would? The women I spoke to was just so rude, one word answering my questions like she didn't care what the issue was or what I had to said and as if I was bothering her. Then Just kind of blunty said there's nothing I can do if I wanted it back I was going to have to start back over. So I said ok mam thank you for your help, hope you have a nice day. And she clicked.

I'm curious why the salesman "Scott" from the nw expressway store told us that we needed to get on the Express credit auto website and go to the covid-19 place on the website to set up our process of turning in our car due to a change in our job circumstances. Now we are being told that Scott lied to us, why would he do that? And now we are being raked through the coals with a huge repossession and we were re being responsible bc saturday we paid $1000. Cash and by Tuesday morning we'd already spoken with Scott and we got zero money back. We were told that due to so many ppl losing jobs during this pandemic that they'd set up the place for ppl who willingly turned their cars back in and covid was behind it that they weren't interested in making our lives harder and now this!

Had an '09 Ford Focus, which word of the wise don't get a car that was made during the auto industry collapse, the car was a pos. We we're late on quite a few payments, and they did always work with us. After being about 5 days late the car does get shut off, and you a remote making the car accessible for 24hrs which you can only use once until you make your payment. Overall not bad, but the kicker comes with mechanical issues. Within about 6 months, I replace all of the brake pads and calipers, which when I did I found one pad was literally missing which is just pathetic. Later on, the spark plug broke which oil leaked into. At this point we were done with the car, so tried to turn it in and get another car from them. They we're incredibly rude about and basically said we wouldn't get anything for giving the car back, despite earlier saying they would if we waited a month. Whatever, we went to The Key which has been much much better in about every single regard. So overall, there's worse out there and with poor credit options are limited, but there's also better out there too. I'm sure if we hadn't got an 09 the experience would have been better, but I'm still in awe at a brake pad missing that's something very dangerous that a dealership shouldn't miss. If you take that factor away though, I'd given them 4 stars.
