One star because of customer service. I called about a 08 f150 Harley Davidson model that I was interested in. I explained that I lived 6 hours away and wanted to do a video call to see and hear the truck prior to driving all that way. I spoke with Buddy and he assured me it was no problem and it was a very nice truck. We would do a video call after lunch. Three hours later and still no call. I called and he informed me he was about to finish his lunch. I called the front desk she said Buddy would call me back. He never did. I went ahead and drove the 6 hours and saw the truck first thing the next morning. An employee was moving inventory around with no acknowledgment of my presence even though he gave me the go to hell look for taking his parking spot. I got out and walked to the truck opened the door that was unlocked. It smelled badly of cigarettes. I closed the door and drove away. Nobody came to remotely talk to a customer. Nothing but a bad look for being in the wrong spot. A simple phone call could have prevented a 6 hour drive with my wife and children.

The car salesman I had was so great he made me feel comfy about buying a car even the other two people were big help I was so nervous,so if you are looking for a used car look here they have the best selections , I love my new car

Awesome service and got us what we wanted and needed super quick! Buddy is so cool and friendly, no questions asked really we just said what we wanted and needed and he got us a few options and got us in all of them to test drive, once we decided on the one we wanted he got us in it and we left super happy!! Changing my review to 1 star. The $16,500 car we bought with cash has been nothing but trouble since we bought it. Constantly taking it into the shop. Broke down on us multiple times. Check engine light came on the same day we bought it. ***UPDATE: MECHANIC FOUND METAL IN THE OIL AND THE ENGINE IS TOAST. HE KNEW THIS WAS A LEMON WHEN HE SOLD IT TO US. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!***

Buddy is the go to guy at Chase auto credit. Very helpful, straightforward, was able to answer our question and Davis is on the spot. He’s a good fella to work with and will be a first name we call when we’re looking for a car in the future!
