I had an awesome experience when dealing with Shawn no smoke and mirrors straight to the point I spent more time looking at the truck then negotiating, he was able to get me to were I wanted and even though I was approved by one bank already he took the initiative to find me a better financing deal! Definitely would do business with them again.

So they charged our credit card without authorization from us, and we don’t even own a car from this place!! Never once did they attempt to give us our money back, and they were all extremely rude!! So if you think about coming to this place to find a car, I would highly recommend going elsewhere! This is nothing but a scam! There are other buy here pay here places you can go to, and get great customer care!

Traded our 4 door sedan for a vehicle much more suited for a family of 5. Dealer worked diligently on getting us financed. Even let us take the vehicle home with us to test it while they worked on getting us approved. Family loves our new ride! Thank you Auto Market 👍🏻👍🏻

Horrible service. The lady that answers the phone is rude and is no help at all. The manager is to good to even talk to anyone. When they don’t want to help they’ll worm there way out of it and try to get off the phone. Will never buy or suggest anyone to buy a car from this place. I don’t think they know about cars more less selling them. Scam artist and sell junk vehicles.

Don’t buy for them they’re horrible on selling cars my boyfriend bought an Audi an it didn’t have any more oil after a week of driving it. They said they couldn’t do anything about it since we test drive it but they’re not dumb they put oil so it wouldn’t mark that it needed oil. Don’t buy a car here.

I have bought 3 cars from them and have never had any problems!! Their word is good and they do their best above and beyond to get you financed the best way for your plan. Good people and friendly staff!!

Buying a good, dependable car for my son was my priority. My son zeroed in on a 2008 Honda Pilot. First Shawn Rasekh took the time to answer all our questions while never pressuring, which would have made us walk out. Then Sonny Marquez closed the deal professionally and with good humor. I got my car back in September of 2021 and it’s the first car I’ve ever owned and Shawn helped me get into a 2015 KIA Soul no more than a week! And I don’t have any problems and it was quick and easy to get into my car runs well and car is in great shape, and they are all really respectful and polite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Just want to say this....I came to this place with below than average credit and I needed a car bag so I came looking for one and I ended up with a mustang. Save your money! Typical shady used car dealer. The employees drive the cars for personal use putting miles and added wear and tear on them. Shawn was driving the car I came to look at and had KY jelly in the center console, a.child seat in the back, and food crumbs. The car had mechanical difficulties and only after we found them on the test drive did he admit it and said he "was going to tell us about the oil leak". We found a coolant leak and all the dash lights came on sending the car into limp mode. Went to the bank he got financing through and got more money and a better interest rate to get a newer car in much better shape.

Sales Manager Steve was very disrespectful when I explain that with the down payment he asked for I could put down in a new car. Started stating with your credit history noone will give me a car odd. We have a brand new car and was looking for a second Steve. I wouldn't refer this dealership to my worst enemy

Drove 5 hours to see advertised vehicle (GMC Acadia), have never driven that far for a car, but it was a pretty seamless transaction. As I have only had the vehicle for one day cannot really elaborate on quality, but so far so good. I can at least say that the advertising matched the vehicle and I don't regret the decision. Drove 350 miles home and the ride was very nice and smooth.
