Ada, Jordan, and Roberta deserve public praise for the work they are doing at the Flat Rock location. I'm always greeted with a smile and "How can we help?" The banter while they bring-up the account is genuine as they ask about my job or family and they know my quirk about $10 bills - especially impressive since I'm not a daily customer. I'm so happy this branch opened around the corner from my home and that I get to see the same faces week after week. Kudos, staff! Keep up the great work!

Jordan, Roberta and Ada are so amazing! They always greet me when I enter with a smile and call me by my name. I love the personalized service. Public Service Credit Union service several different credit unions and the tellers treat us like family! I couldn’t be happier that the professional staff are here to help me with all my financial needs.

Roberta has been extremely helpful in all of my financial needs. She is kind, caring, and devoted to make sure all clients are provided with what is needed. I only go to her for all needs as she makes me feel like family.

My family and I have been members at the Flat Rock branch for years. I’ll continue to do all my banking here simply due to their convenient location and fantastic staff. Ada, Roberta and Jordan are absolutely lovely. These ladies truly go above and beyond. They’re pleasant and personable, all while remaining professional and extremely knowledgeable on all the products and promotions the credit union has to offer. The same applies to the branch managers, Josh and Michael. As they too offer much support to their members and stay very involved in their community.

I’ve been banking here since I was a teenager. Ada has remained one of my most favorite tellers. She is so kind, always remembers your name, family details and is a genuine person. In addition, I’ve come to very much enjoy my interactions with Jordan and Roberta. Jordan is very thorough and gets you through the line quickly and efficiently. I always know when Roberta is working because I can hear her humming along to the music in the background. Thank you all for your hard work.

Just took out an auto for an excellent rate at the Flat Rock Branch. Brad Laura, the Membership Relationship Specialist, was friendly, patient and understanding. Never rushed and you it's all made clear to you. The tellers that I've dealt with for years treat you like family and know you by name. Customer service means something there.

I have been a member of the credit union for over 30 years. I just want to say that Roberta has on many occasions gone over and above her job to help me out with various problems I have encountered. She always has a smile on her face and been quick to answer any questions I had! If she didn’t know the answer she would make a point to find out and get back to me! She truly has been a huge asset to the Credit Union over the years

Flat Rock PSCU has the BEST teller of all branches!! Her name is Roberta Healey! Never have I experienced a more caring, helpful and knowledgeable employee to help me with my banking needs. I was so disappointed when she left the Trenton branch. Roberta always has a smile for all who enter the lobby. She goes far beyond her normal duties! Take good care of her Flat Rock, she is sorely missed in Trenton.
