Just bought a Chevy Volt here, and Wes Potts went the extra mile. There were some recalls/mechanical issues that popped up on the car before the deal was done. Wes spent almost two weeks pursuing a full repair of the issue on this car before he was willing to turn it over to us. His communication was great- very proactive and transparent. It was refreshing to experience that level of customer service. This was my first time buying from this dealership, but I'd definitely do it again. I own a business, and I always say that you measure the quality of a business, not by how they do when everything goes right, but how they do when things don't go quite right. George's nailed it on this.

I went to George’s used car lot looking for a reliable vehicle for my wife I looked at what they had to offer. Then I checked around local dealers what I found out was the offers we where getting for the same vehicle that George had that other dealers offered didn’t Compare in Quality dependability and cleanness. Robert Kennedy is amazing at George’s a used car dealership you can trust Very respectful and easy to deal with.

Shady people trying to get you into cars marked-up. My $13,000 car turned into a $25,000 with a 24% interest rate. They will run your credit as many times as it takes to make that deal happen. I was placed with Credit Acceptance and I really wish I would have asked more questions. Ask for paperwork upfront, don't let them walk you through the paperwork, READ IT YOURSELF! Trust me they are leaving out KEY details! (Total cost, Warranty, Ect.) I was told after 6 months of on time payments I would be able to refinance, that was a lie! A year and a half later I was finally able to get refinanced through a credit union out of state. Moral of the story, if you are a first time car buyer, bring someone who knows what questions to ask.

Was interested in a truck. KBB between $6000 and $8000. They didn't show price on sticker, only that you had to come in and talk to a salesman. They wanted $19,000 for the same truck. Salesmen were incredibly pushy, almost to the point of being rude. Do not shop here. This place is a scam.

Employs scams and misleading info to encourage you to come in on the basis of winning prizes only to tell you (after taking all of your info and pressing you on a sale) that you actually won food vouchers not a tv. I’d never go through a company willing to lie to get you to come in for a sale.

I felt like the salesman that was there conned me and my mother into a car we didn't want and turns out the guy wasn't who he said he was and was trying to get us out as fast as possible with a vehicle we didn't want. And he gave us 2 choices.

I bought a 2018 Equinox last week from George's and I was lucky enough to get Wes as a salesman! Within 3 hours of my scheduled appointment, Wes had me in my car if my dreams, with a payment that worked for me, not to mention it was during a snowstorm and he cleaned it off for me! Huge thank you to Wes and all of you at George's who helped with the purchase of my "christmas tree" car 😁

Tries to scam people to visit their location by sending out flyers promising you won a prize. The catch is that the icons make you believe you won a TV or something great. But not a single person won anything in the hour I hung out there. Everyone gets a "$100 card" but it's not even real money or redeemable. They just give you a website to go to where it shows basic coupons for restaurants that the restaurants have already anyways as public specials. Disgusting. They want to collect your information so they can contact you later on about a car and run a background check on your financials to prequalify you.

Stopped in to see a suburban. Would not give me price. Wanted me to fill out a bunch of forms. I'm like no I'll pay cash give me a price. Lady (lisa) and her husband said nope you need to fill out these forms first. I'll pass thanks anyway. Seemed really shady to me

Wes was absolutely awesome and VERY helpful! Such a great experience for a first time buyer! He understood what we needed and looking for and made it happen same day. No rush, no pressure- stress free purchase!

My husband and I were in the market for a used SUV when we came across George's. We worked with the salesman Wes, who we would highly recommend as he made sure we left happy, in a vehicle we love. We told him that we weren't working with a very good credit score but he ensured us he would get us into a vehicle the same day and he did. He definitely went above and beyond, making certain we were comfortable with everything, such as the downpayment and monthly payment. If you're in search of a good used car dealer you should definitely go here, they will work with you and you will not be disappointed.

This place just seemed incredibly disingenuous. As soon as I walked in I noticed a lot of people from lower socioeconomic status’s as well as the elderly being lured in with false advertising. I decided to go in out of curiosity and to see how big of a scam it was, and it was definitely a scam. The advertisement says one thing and the staff say another. I have a feeling nobody wins any of the actual prizes as the cards all have the same codes on them and everyone there had the same three red houses in a row. My advice is to stay far away from a dealership that uses such dirty advertising tricks to get someone in the door. The 100 dollar git card isn’t even a real gift card. It’s just a bunch of coupons you can get anywhere.

I've never used a dealer before. But Robert Kennedy made the process stress free. We felt welcome at our arrival, he was very informative with all mt questions and concerns. I was able to test drive the vehicle i was interested in, and i just felt like he understood my need of wanting to drive away today. Hopefully I wont need another vehicle for a long while, but when I do I will most definitely be back to Georges as well as referring anyone I know looking for a car.

If I could give zero starts that’s what I would give! But after receiving promotions in the mail for the last 4 years I decided to go check this place out for the first time. I had the paper in my hands and someone came to receive us quickly! Instead of showing us cars which is what I thought we were doing we were taken to a little raggedy place to sit on a tiny table and we were interrogated with personal information as if we were applying for credit which was not our intention at all. Sales person said that was her job to collect our info and did not even offer to show us ANYTHING! If That’s their sales strategies there is no wonder why people came and left as fast as they came in. Also, the lady took our flyer which I think it’s a trap to get people to come in and didn’t even tell us wether if they do give the prices they claim they give I saw NO ONE with a happy face there so we LEFT too. Ridiculous place what a waste of my time.

makes fake advertisements about winning prizes, when arrived I was bombarded with questions about my professional life. After answering they then tried to convince me to sell my car. I was told I won a 60 inch TV when in reality it was a really depressing Bluetooth speaker from wish and a lottery ticket you'd find in your grandmother's purse. Felt disrespectful to constantly tell me I should sell my car. And the "prizes" were laughable. Don't go here. They want your money and that's it. They're here to get off on people

Do not waste your time. They have some free tv promotion going that is a bait and switch. You have to drive there then give info to receive a gift card which is another bait and switch. Why waste everyone’s time. This is why people hate used car salesman.

I’m not the type of person to write many reviews. However I am very impressed with Bobby Kennedy! I’ve worked at Erhard BMW in Farmington Hills as a salesman. I will continue to purchase one or two more vehicles from him. Bobby absolutely was informational, worked with me on vehicles, and always has followed up with me by phone calls since I have gotten my awesome pre owned full size suv from Georges. They had a great selection with inventory and I’ll be back soon for another vehicle.

Wes is a great guy and so is Brian. Went in at 5pm and the stayed till 8pm. Got my car that night. They go above and beyond what they need to. They also got me a great interest rate on my loan.

This place is terrible. I’ve literally never had such a bad experience like i did here. I don’t ever post reviews, i’m not the type of person to see the bad in places but oh my god. I couldn’t say one good thing about this place. Oh, and they'll scam you 😅 complete joke of a dealership.

Wes is the man!!! Best car salesman I have ever had! No pressure and he worked with me on getting the perfect vehicle!!! Definitely spreading the word !!!
