BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! I’m thankful I was referred to this place. Professional and respectful from beginning to end. They made the whole process easy and smooth. They did their best to get me the best rate. I ended up getting a 2017 Ford Escape and it feels like new. If you or someone you care about is looking for a car, look no further. This place is heaven sent.

Auto financial group, where do I begin, they were wonderful from beginning to end and even offered to grab some dinner for us since it took longer than expected, then after a few hours of driving the vehicle, discovered there were a few small things that didn't work properly, which we then took to Elite Kar Care per the owners request and AFG covered all cost of repairs, which was extremely generous of them and they did not have to do. Very genuine honest used car dealership, best buying experience thus far. Highly recommend to everyone I know!

Drove almost 2 hrs to be lied to Joe failed to provide requested info then tried scrolling thru the cars history, structural damage lol it was bc repaired. Too bad the car was beat up it, not at all what I was expecting, I have the same model car but yet Joe again proceeded to lie about where a factory item was, It was stolen or removed from the car, even w the new tires it still was in the worst shape possible the black leather on the seats was so worn it's gray and everything & I mean everything was scratched beyond any buffing. I'm proud to say I bought newer, better, local from a honest sales person vs one that couldn't answer questions, lied, tried hiding info. I'm thankful I bought elsewhere, that drive was almost 2 hrs one way but we had some great laughs and loved leaving. Joe should consider his customer service skills, he literally walked off while we were asking questions and pointing things out, ppl save your time this place has hidden issues written all over it selling a car that needs a whole new interior smh buy better cars! & in closing I add had I not seen the red structural damage I bet he wouldn't of said a word.

Sold me the 08 ACADIA that’s back on their site. I had it for 3 years and paid 16K for it. In and out the shop since I took it home.. nothing but problems with the car. Sold it to the place they tell you to use your warranty through ELITE CAR CARE on eureka rd in Taylor.. for 3K and they must’ve sold it back to this place here! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I just got a car from auto financial group and Ronda was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond to help me and I would recommend them to anyone. I had to come there three days in a row to situate multiple issues I was having but she really made it a great experience with all the stress I was experiencing. My only complaint is that my car was on E when I drove away and there was not a drop of windshield wiper fluid in the car. Check them out if you're tired of the big dealerships. You won't regret it.

Waited a couple weeks to write this review. Randa was very friendly. Very informative with all the info about the process. I applied online first a few call then the test drive. I had a few small issues with the truck I wanted. They assured me that they would address them. So I signed. 2 hours later they called me I had an appointment to get my concerns taken care of. I would invite anyone to at least consider calling Randa if your looking.

The experience from the time I was greeted by Joe was good. Rhonda was awesome at getting all the paperwork done in a timely manor. The only reason for the 4 star review is I feel some information about the truck I purchased was not disclosed. They stated it was fully inspected by their local mechanic. If so, these items would have been disclosed to them. Once the truck warmed up it had very bad rear end shudder (known for this year / type truck) and the throttle body was very very dirty, which caused it to stall when at a light for example. The underbody was also spray painted black in areas to hide the rust. Had I known from the start what I was getting in to. I would have still purchased the truck. These are not difficult fixes and I personally fixed them. I'm not a mechanic either. However, the troubleshooting and time spent to narrow things down was not how I wanted to spend my time. Otherwise, very happy with purchase and the truck was VERY clean inside and out. I would consider buying from them again but, will be more prepared to ensure things are on the up and up.

Nick and Randa were more than helpful when I purchased a new vehicle yesterday. I had a crummy trade in that was barley drivable, and actually broke down on my way there. These guys sent out someone out to charge my car up and follow me the rest of the way to the delaership. Then so I could get my new vehicle the same day, they took me to the bank in monroe where I could get my loan check for the vehicle . It was a long eventful day for me and they were more than helpful to get me home in a new car. I would highly recommend this company. Also love the new car :).

My boyfriend and I came here after going to about a dozen different dealerships trying to find me a used car. He’s a mechanic so almost every car we looked at didn’t even get to the test drive. So at this point I wasn’t very hopeful, but after only having to look at one car we finally found a reliable car for a really great price! Rich was super helpful and very honest.
