I never write reviews but after seeing the poor reviews online, I thought it was necessary to help out. I've been a customer of PNC (formerly National City) for at least 17 years and my employer also banks with them so I visit this branch almost daily. The customer service is exceptional and I have never had any issues with either my personal or business account. I recommend PNC to anyone looking for a new bank!

I cash my check through pnc ecorse branch every week with no problem but because of a technicality this branch refused to cash their own check. Customer service ledt alot to be desired and though i expect the technicality due to the fact I've went through it with every other branch, at least they worked to find a way. To think I almost opened an account.

Why are they open Saturday if they REFUSE to give you an appointment on Saturday??? Needed to move money from one account to a new one and open a charge card with my 18 year old to help them get credit established. Open 9-5 on Saturday but NO appointments???? LOL going somewhere that's more flexible. And I will be closing our (3) accounts here.

Was told by the lady at the front desk they could cash my check (state income tax check) for a $2 free considering I don't have a pnc account but then the clerk immediately refuse to cash it. Why am I being told two different thing from two different employee's and why not just cash the check and charge me a fee? I really don't understand these people or their issue with customer service.

Great bank. Switched there several years ago and will never switch to another. I have been out of state and drove 1 hour in done direction just to go to a pnc bank. Best bank in my opinion.

Absolutely TERRIBLE bank! I deposited money through the ATM Saturday night and there was a "Cash Verify Error" as well as a "Cash Return Error!" That's right - it didn't deposit and IT WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! I never write reviews, but this time it's completely necessary because people need to know that this is the worst bank that's ever existed. I had to wait all weekend because they were closed and I called them Monday morning told them my issue and all they did was file a dispute and there's not even a guarantee that I will ever get my money which I desperately need today. Absolutely awful. I NEVER had an issue such as this banking with Bank of America. This should never happen to anybody...

I have been a customer for 18 years, policies change daily. Closed almost all convenient branches and messed my account up. Still waiting on Branch manager to call back. I strongly advise using another bank.

I’m glad I left Huntington bank and joined PNC family.

First time to use this particular branch, they deposited my money into someone else's account..so now I have to call and find out where that cash went. It's a over $700 error.. Its always a GREAT idea to keep your receipts!! And, check your accounts daily.
