I’ve been with Advantage One Credit Union for over five years and Amber Hayes has always been there to help assist to get my finances back on track. One of the awesome things is; she doesn’t just treat me like just a customer I feel like a guest. Amber always greets me with a smile. I’m so happy to be a member at Advantage One and will continue to be part of a outstanding team

A few months back I refinanced a couple loans and Donna was so helpful and friendly. She answered any questions we had and made the process go smoothly. I've been a member for many years and have never had any issues. I also refinanced my mortgage and the man that helped us was great too. (I believe his name was Ken?)

Jocelyn was very kind and easy to work with in securing a personal loan for me. It was very quick & easy and everything was able to be completed online in one day. The mobile app saved me an 1.5 hour drive. Great service!

I went there this afternoon with the intention of opening a new joint savings account. I've been a patron of this bank for many years. The young man who helped us was nice but the blonde lady teller that was there was so rude. We felt so disrespected by her incredibly dismissive, unprofessional and negative attitude. My only question was if the bank accepts remittance from abroad. When the young man asked her cause he didn't know, her response was "What? Huh? I don't even understand what that means." And when I explained to the young man that my question simply means if the bank accepts money sent from abroad. The blonde lady interjected from the back, "Nooo, no no! We don't do international wire transfer!" All the while, she seemed to be rolling her eyes at us and making it seem like we were asking something so incredibly outrageous. I don't understand the need for that kind of negative behaviour. Please train your staff to improve customer service.

Our family has been proud members of the credit union since it’s founding, and more than happy with the services offered, flexibility, and professionalism of the staff members. Wouldn’t think of banking elsewhere.

I have been a member of this CU since 1999. This institution has faithfully cared for my and my family's financial situation for 23 years. They protected me with GAP insurance when my truck was stolen, they advised me of better interest rates that saved me thousands of dollars on two different vehicles, their loan process is ultra simple and their banking dashboard is user friendly and corrals all of your financial accounting information in one easy to view location. If you live downriver and you are not a member, become one. You won't regret it, and you'll most likely thank me for it when your chips are down and the fine staff at AOCU provides you with options to carry you through to the other side.
