We absolutely loved working with prime mortgage. They made sure we understood all of our options prior to making our final decision. They gave us their opinion of what they thought would work best for us. We were sketchy in the beginning but they made sure we understood they were a valid company and were in business for years which made us feel more comfortable about choosing them. There are so many frauds out there so that made it somewhat hard. We were so happy in the end we choose to use them. We recommend them to anyone looking to refinance there home. Among the many refinance mail offers, I opened a refinance letter from Frank and decided to give him a call. I am glad I did. I had spoken to a few different loan refinance people, but Frank was positive and honest from the start. I have worked with several mortgage brokers over the years. I can honestly tell you that this was the best interest rate snd the best service I’ve ever had. The loan processor Felicia, helped me get flood insurance at less tan 1/3rd the cost of my current insurance reducing my monthly mortgage payment by about $200. This wasn’t even a part of her job. Frank was available to me almost 24/7. Truly the best firm I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend them. We are so grateful!!!

This review is a couple months past due. I have been using Frank and his team since 2015. Frank first reached out to me and told me he could help me lower my rate. I told him, I’ve had numerous other lenders tell me the same thing but have always failed. Frank convinced me to give him a chance. Sure enough, he was able to lower my rate and drop my monthly payment by around $250. This was such a huge help after my agent got me into a house that was extremely hard to afford. Fast forward a couple years, every time I looked for a new house or had questions regarding payments and rates, Frank was my first call. This happened numerous times since 2019. Without hesitation, Frank would always answer a text, call or email. In Feb of this year, my family and I finally found a home we fell in love with. Of course, Frank was my first call. We required a 21 day escrow and we wanted to skip 2 months of payments. Frank and his team worked tirelessly to make this happen. All the pieces fell together perfectly and we closed on time. Frank was even able to get us an appraisal exemption with his bank. I should also mention, I did check out rates with 2 other friends I know that do lending and Frank still had the best rate. If you are on the fence with a lender, rest assured you are in good hands with Frank and his Prime Mortgage team. I would recommend him as a lender to anyone that asks. Frank, at Prime Mortgage, did a pretty good job helping me out. When I had first applied for my original loans through a different company, I can only describe it as nothing short from the worst experience of my life. In fact, it was so bad, I held out on refinancing because I was sure I wanted to go through the seventh level of loan hell by: providing this, sign this, do that, where did this money come from? Who gave it to the people they gave it to you? I didn’t want to go through that AGAIN. Someone referred me to Prime Mortgage and Frank. Frank was able to talk to me and convince me that my experience with Prime Mortgage would be seamless. Turns out, he wasn’t wrong. Prime Mortgage is a team of people. They are all nice and very helpful. Once the team figured out what I wanted, what I need to provide for them; it went extremely quick. There were little no issues at all. Not just that, but they were able to lower my mortgage payment a substantial amount from where it was. In fact it was lowered around or a little over 25%. I definitely recommend Prime Mortgage. I will be using them for all my mortgage needs from this point on.
