Danzil and the team were very helpful with getting financing on a Kia Sorrento for my son. As soon as the vehicle arrived home the check engine light came on for the front sensors. We bright the car back as requested. The detailing was soap but the engine problem has not been resolved. Their mechanic on-site didn’t do anything. Now he has a big payment, nice car on the outside and a big problem we are not able to resolve. I wish the followthrough and quality were as promised. At this point we cannot trust them.

VERY shady place. They were charging $3000 more than the car was posted on FB. The car wouldn't start even though their battery tester said the battery was good. The car was filthy inside and there were food particles all over the seats. I also caught them lying to another customer. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me nothing was his fault because he just started working there 2 days ago. Lol

I was googling and looking for a truck. I came across Planet Motors. Had a great experience with them. Everyone was truly helpful from beginning to end. Horrible business.. HUGO IS A SCAMMER!! I went to the dealership did an application told me I needed a co signer and left.. later in that afternoon I was contacted by the sales man that there was another option for me.. I put a down payment and 2 weeks later the deal “flop” because it was a rebuilt car.. all of a sudden Hugo has no changed his number there is no contact, he no longer works at the dealership and they have no responsibility to what happened. He was working for them at the time had access to a lot of people’s personal information and used that to contact customers and scam them out of money. Dealship acts like they have no information and gave his “hiring paperwork” which provided no information of Hugo.. the dealership is not worried about it at all.. and has not even showed a little bit of empathy for their employees and background checks..

years ago I bought a Maxima,They said that it was not involved in any accidet, which was false,When selling the vehicle a Carfax showed that it was involved in an accident.prior to my purchasing it.I sold the car days ago.got what i wanted,but very disappointed with their selling tactics. Got a truck from this SHADY place about a month now. Was told by Jay that I had a 90 day warranty but they don’t even honor that. They are only will to fix the small things that was wrong with the truck, like the seat belts, but from my understanding they are always in every vehicle that I have owned, back up camera but when I told them about my tire monitor not working properly. My truck as there for 3 days and I know they didn’t do any work on it because it had a spider’s web on the mirror. I was told that they don’t have that type of machine there and I needed to take it somewhere else to get it fixed, but they were not going to pay for it and I have a clicking in the from of my car and was one again told to take it a mechanic but they were not going to pay for it. When I asked if they were going to fix anything Javier told me they already fixed 2 thing on my truck already. I also took the mechanic and the blond curly hair man for a ride because the truck was driving different and I swear that he was recording me. I’m sure when this post that they will say something like Javier is new manager and he doesn’t know these policies or that no one was being recorded . If you do buy from them, get everything in writing.

My review has gone from a solid 5 stars to less than 1 star if I could. I purchased a used Cargo Van about 6 weeks ago with the promise to return to purchase more vehicles. Last week this van broke down due to some internal issues... less than 5 weeks after purchase. The repairs cost $2,000 and came out of my pocket. I attempted to reach Carlos and Javier to see what can be done with no luck. While I understand purchasing a vehicle as is, when you are promised all works fine and then it breaks down within 6 weeks... I would hope the seller takes some sort of responsibility. Instead they have ignored all attempts to call and amend this situation. So, if you're in the market to purchase a vehicle that breaks down within a week of your first payment, Planet Motors is the place to go. If you're looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle, I would take your business elsewhere. They have not made any effort to fix the vehicle though they emailed me. Basically said there's nothing they're willing to do. They are selling broken vehicles, I spent over $4000 in repairs less than two months after purchasing.

I was checking online for a new car because my car was just a temporary car, and I had made a promised to myself that I would only keep it for a year, since I had just had baby. I went online to do some research and to my suprise planet motors pop up. I filled it out a couple of questions and than in a matter of 30 mins I would say, Carlos Urquijo called me back gave me his information and told me when I am ready to give him a call to make the purchase to call. At first I was skeptical because my car was a used car and I had started having major problems within the last month of it being at pepboys and them not fixing the issues. Today was my final straw I sent Carlos a message told him I was coming in because I was tired of putting the money in to fix it and the issue was still there. I needed a reliable car because I have a one year old and I couldnt take any chances with something happening while he's in the car. Carlos was soooooo helpful that if I could give him ten stars I would. The atmosphere and all of the other employees were awesome as well, they made sure that you received the experience of excellent customer service. Carlos went above and beyond, I'm definitely recommending everyone to go there and speak to Carlos and let him show you why my experience was the best. Thank you again for everything, you really made my week after a week I've had with my old car.

Yeah everything is great until you leave the dealership then they no longer care what happens. I have not had the car for a month yet and I’ve been having tire problems FROM day one. Trusting their word, I went back to “replace” the tire. They did no such thing. Filled it up with some air after 2 hours of waiting. The light never turned off and when I told them they said “in 300 miles it will turn off”. WHAT?! No the tire has completely worn off and when I confront them about it a disrespectful child tells me it’s not their problem because I already drove the car of the lot. He then proceeded to tell me they fixed it the first time out of their “good will”. Appalled is an understatement right now! Once they have your money and signature they no longer care. Maybe if I would have dealt with an adult it would have been different.

Me and my husband had the best experience today at Planet Motors. We needed a cargo van for our new business and Bradley went out of his way to help us. He treated us as family, gave us bunch of advices and helped us get what we wanted. Our wait was longer but he made sure he gave us food, water and juice for me because I am pregnant. We laughted, talked and learned a lot for Florida since we just moved from Michigan. Overall the whole stuff was amazing and mr. Roberto as well. They all treated us as family.
