Hi. It was good place and people. When I was there, I mad at the beginning because the old lady who works there only help certain customers and was rude with the others. But Chapa took care of me and was awesome. Especially, I can’t speak english very well. But he was very kind, he tried to understand me. I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t help myself not to compliment how hard working Mimi and store manager Val was during my purchase. They were very efficient in getting me the best product they had In store at a reasonable price. It felt like I was home just walking in listening to some good Ol music and being greeted by their warm smiles. I would recommend their service and this place ! Keep up the great work, you have a loyal customer for life !

These people are insane I understand it's a pawn shop and I understand what they pay for things and what they get for things but I'd have expected being a customer of over 5 years for them to offer a little bit more. And the woman I dealt with was very disrespectful about it acting like I needed the money I said no big deal it's nothing to me I just bought all new stuff that cost twice as much and I'm just trying to get a fraction of that back but instead I'm going to go ahead and donate all these old tools to a woodworking school or something useful. Instead of giving it away to these disrespectful pieces of trash.

I had a wonderful experience at Value Pawn & Jewelry here at okeechobee blvd the girls who works at the store treat you like family unlike any other pawnshop I’ve been too where they just want your money and make profit … Karren who helped me out has tremendous communication skills, very knowledgeable and quite engaging when it comes to jewelry, Nice to see people enjoy their work and make you feel like you are at home with family. Val who is the manager of the store has done an amazing job at keeping people who are the best!! Let’s not change that. (Karren, Gladis, and Ommy) The only sad part is that the district manager has sadly changed and hopefully it’s not permanent because Jose was more understanding towards customers.

This shop is neat and orderly and Val the manager is top-notch. I have spent a lot of time in this store and have seen premier customer service and attention to detail in all aspects of the business. Very impressed.

Waited 30 min and i was not offered any assitance so I left. They do not have enough staff members to help when high volume traffic.

All the bad reviews they get makes no sense to me because they were so friendly and helpful towards me. Especially Mimi and Val one of their workers helped me a lot when I was trying to find the right laptop for my sister to use. Val even went beyond and got me a better deal. Great store and great people. They'll always have my money and my presence.
