Best pawn shop ever, they really go the the extra mile to help you out without trying to screw you over. The staff there are all amazing. This definitely will be my go to for all my loan and pawning needs.

I have came into Phoenix Pawn and Gold multiple times and Natalie has always been very friendly and welcoming. Every time I come in I make sure I work with her because she makes the process easy, she’s very professional yet fun to talk too. I definitely recommend anyone that comes in to ask to work with Natalie.

Not a great store to purchase items. Low inventory and the lady helping me out wasn't knowledgeable of the laptops or watches... plus interest rates are kinda high for a small shop. I've dealt with them for over 2 years now and never was I as unimpressed as now. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone. I don't know where these good reviews came from... maybe their side business. Also after I looked around one workers noticed I was conceal carrying and said with a smug gave that I had to leave cause they don't allow firearms in the store... lol I'm in South Phoenix I'm not leaving my gun in the car outside your pawn shop. No other pawn shop I've been to has been this unprofessional.

I have done business with Phoenix Pawn & Gold for YEARS.... on both parts, selling items and buying jewelry. These "lladies" are very friendly, helpful- and definitely BEAUTIFUL😊(jets) 😍. Ended up in a difficult situation and "these lovely ladies truly helped me that day..... with $, and bridging up my spirits! With their sending me on my way with" positive vibes"- something I needed to hear.... thxs, ladies!!!! Don't get me wrong, these ladies are nice, but they will also not hold their tongue against rude, and disrespectful customers. 😒 should of gotten a contact number like someone else said in her review for future "quotes "🤩... by the way, anytime you wanna take on my SR5 tundra, with your tundra - run it !!!! I have been going to Phoenix Pawn & Gold for many years. Either to pawn something, to buy, or to sell something. The ladies at Phoenix Pawn & Gold are so nice over there. I've spent a whole lot of time there a couple of times having to pawn quantities of different things, and the ladies are very patient with me. I love it because they're friendly, they talk to me like if we're family and that is the way to have  good business. Most companies look at you like you're just a number but we're not. We're humans and everybody has problems and or likes to buy things. Like me I love to go into the store and buy things every chance I get. These past couple of times when I went in there I found me some Michael Kors purses and I had to buy it. This last time America was amazing because she gave me the purse at a wonderful price. Her and Dulce are the best. Even if I live clear across town I will drive all the way to Phoenix Pawn & Gold. Thank you ladies..💛
