    I needed some help with a check that was put on hold and I left a message with the manager, Lisa Day. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly she returned my call, took care of my request immediately, and then thanked me for being a member of OneAZ. As someone who once banked with a large national bank, there is a day and night difference with a credit union. Banks make you feel like a customer and credit unions make you feel like a member. Thank you Lisa!

    Alex was such a great help. He stayed 30 minutes late to help resolve the issues on my loan. With his assistance I was able to get it cleared and get my new car the next day. Pleasure working with you Alex! Thanks homie

    Do you have a really nice, well earned 700+ credit score and want to waste time getting jerked around for over a month, only to be denied an auto loan? Then OneAZ Credit Union is the place for you! I had a 700 credit score and after applying I found out I had a $200 collection. So 3 weeks later I was informed I was denied. I paid off my low balance credit cards, paid off the collection, had it erased from my credit and my credit score shot up to 770…all within a week. I sent in receipts and pictures of everything mentioned above to Wendy, which was the person I was working with who wasn’t very helpful, attentive or seemed to care about getting me a loan at all. If you get a lady by the name of Wendy Helms, then definitely request a different loan processer/personal banker. Wendy said she would reach out to underwriting on March 7th and I haven’t heard anything since. Highly likely she did not do anything at all and no idea how she still has a job. This is how they treat returning customers who have paid off loans quickly in the past huh? What a waste of time this trashy company is!

    OneAz is the best bank ever! I have had WellsFargo & Bank of America in the past. Super lame banks that are predatory and charge fees to our society who can’t afford to keep a minimum balance in their accounts. That’s right. Lets penalize you for being poor…. Alex was a great bank teller and helped me seamlessly with all my needs today. Thank you OneAz!

    Had a charge on my debit card from a food app that charged my debit card but never placed our food order with the restaurant. I called the Monroe branch and spoke with Angie who walked me through the dispute process, filled it out for me and sent it to me for signature. Her customer service skills were awesome and she made the process easy and seemless!!! Thanks for your wonderful service Angie, much appreciated!!!

    This was one of the first banks to take a chance on me and give me an account. Alan one of the tellers at Monroe always help me, and makes it a pleasurable experience. The whole team in the front office is great ! Thanks guys

    My family has been coming to OneAZ credit union for years. I usually do most my transactions online but whenever I do go into a branch they’re very helpful. Today I spoke with Levay she was awesome! She explained everything to me clearly and simply; I didn’t even have any questions.

    I’ve been a member of OneAZ Credit Union for over 30 years. I’ve always been pleased with their service. But recently, Monroe branch manager Lisa Day has been extraordinarily helpful in assisting me with a new car loan and working with the car dealership that has created some difficulties in getting the car titled and licensed. I truly appreciate the extra support Ms. Day has provided me in working with the dealership. I doubt this level of service would have been offered by a large national bank.
