First time home buyers. Vinesa was very attentive and available anytime you had a question or concern. She helped us from step 1 to step 100 with a helping hand. However, I wish they gave my wife and I a future plan and what is coming down the pipeline exactly. We had to sign documents that day without notice. Felt very stressful when all we needed was a heads up. Also the web site and app were not helpful on telling us what documents we needed to sign. Multiple copies of the same document and documents would appear and disappear on us frequently.
