I am eternally grateful for Rocket Mortgage and their associates. A company is nothing if they do not have knowledgeable, kind and compassionate employees; Rocket Mortgage checks all those boxes! I am a first time home buyer and very, very green when it comes to the technicalities of purchasing something like a HOME. Ryan and Yvonne, of Rocket Mortgage, patiently held my hand and walked me through the process, with kindness and understanding, and miraculously closed on my home in 31 days. Amazing! Absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much, Rocket Mortgage, for your associates because without them, my dream would never have come true; I am now a home owner!

We recently closed on a Condo in South Florida -- December 2021. My job requires frequent moves --, so moving - buying - selling are pretty commonplace events - which I hate all the time 😊 . I always make Joe Wilson my first call when it comes to mortgages. Mr. Joe Wilson is an absolute MONSTER of Mortgages - he is fast, accurate, timely and accountable. He serves and represents your company in outstanding fashion. On this latest deal, we had the all-star tag team of both Joe Wilson and Jennifer Sommerfield - WOW, what a great team. Both of them worked in concert to make our process as smooth and efficient as possible. There was no such "dumb question" and a major plus factor is the responsiveness of both Joe and Jennifer. Customer service at its finest. I strongly endorse that Rocket Mortgage -- should immediately promote both Mr. Wilson and Ms. Sommerfield, authorize private - dedicated parking spaces and provide catered lunch/dinner meals at least 3 times per week. Throwing in a nice weekend spa resort here-there would be a nice touch. 😊 Wishing you the very best. Thanks for making a smooth ride of a dreaded experience. Scammers. They take you escrow money, do not pay your insurance off. Your insurance cancels your policy. They then charge you for insurance lapse. I have filed with BBB. I have spent several hours on the phone. They Refuse to let me speak to a manager. Class action suit to follow

We had a wonderful experience with Quicken Loans. From start to finish everyone we spoke with was eager to help. If we had a concern or question they were very quick to get back to us. Our realtor was impressed as well with the quick response that she received. They were efficient, professional and eager to assist. They definitely made our Loan process go very smoothly. We highly recommend.

My loan officer made the process so simple. I tend to handle most of my business online so I was able to have a short conversation with him and complete the rest of the process online until it was time to close. Plus from start to finish it only took a couple weeks! Now it's easy for me to pay my mortgage through the app, review old documents, and play with the tools to see if it would make more sense to pay more towards my loan or pay biweekly :)

Nothing about me as a consumer is typical, and that fact certainly carries through into the process of obtaining a mortgage. Quicken was thorough, responsive, competitive and served each and every one of my needs from the beginning to the end. My mortgage banker Philip Ducher was awesome! Super easy process from start to finish as promised. Philip asked all the correct questions leaving me feeling good inside and satisfied with not having to ask much throughout. I was informed by my banker what was to be expected when I got my approval letter to buy a new construction home and throughout the process. I had my own builder state that they could get through to a live person at Quicken loans/ Rocket mortgage with their own questions etc. I rate their service 5 out of 5 stars. I have worked in the mortgage industry please do not believe all the 1-star reviews in here. Several get upset because they don't follow the easy requests like documents that are needed through process to qualify or drag their feet to the last minute or just don't understand how mortgages work. By far the best process yet, in dealing with this line of business. I gave Quicken/Rocket my business because they were there and did follow through, where other lenders fall short and are terrible in communication. Not Quicken! Yes, they call numerous times, but I am glad they did. They wanted my business, so they got it because they showed up, when other lenders dropped the ball or didn't call back. My processing time was less than 20 days too, only thing that took time was my home being built and completed, but that is not Quickens fault it’s the nature of the beast. The app is a breeze to upload needed documents. The detailed information and reassurance through the app allowed full visibility, with what was going on with my loan and where we stood every step of the way. Now that I have closed and had a couple of months to use the app further to make a payment, I rate the app 5 out 5 stars. I am thankful for Quicken Loans help in making (this typical annoying process), a fun and awesome experience. Thank you all, so much!!

Fast, efficient, and a great rate! The entire process from application to closing was very smooth and the communication was even better! I was never lost wondering when I would hear from someone to keep me up to date on the process. I will time after time use Quicken Loans for all my mortgage needs!

My experience with Quicken has been phenomenal. I first used Quicken when I bought a home in 2018, it was as stress free and easy as I could ever ask for with zero hiccups. Flash forward to 2021, multiple home purchases and refinances later I am just as happy. I recommend Quicken Loans (Rocket Mortgage) to all my friends and family.

Fantastic Service! When I started my application, things moved right away and was closed within 2 weeks. I used them for my home purchased and we were able to close in 28 days. I have been a client of Rocket Mortgage for 9 years- always closed fast.

I've used Quicken both to refinance and to purchase a new home and every time the experience has been quick seamless. I wasn't constantly being asked to upload documents multiple times, or and the loans closed on time. I'll never go anywhere else for a home loan!

I would give a million stars, if I could! I wish that was an option. Rocket Mortgage was phenomenal to work with! We started our refinance journey at the beginning of June with the company who held our mortgage at that point. They were horrible with communication, lost paperwork and filled out the closing documents incorrectly at least three times, each of which pushed our closing date back. Finally after hours spent on their scavenger hunt and countless phone calls, we made the decision to terminate our application with them and contact Rocket Mortgage. From the start, those working on our loans went above and beyond to maintain contact with us and ensure we knew where the loan was in the process. The phone app was easy to use and a handy tool in checking the progress. The interest rate was better and our payments less! From our first contact late one night when we decided to end the process with the other company until closing with Rocket Mortgage, it was 33 days. That's after spending 105 days in limbo with the other company. Lightning speed and amazing customer service. We will absolutely contact Rocket Mortgage first for any of our home buying needs in the future. It was such a pleasant experience!

I must say I was skeptical about using an online mortgage company. After checking locally I was so disappointed at the lack of knowledge and commitment to my needs. I thought I wouldn’t qualify for a loan. But after talking with Matt at Rocket Mortgage I was assured that we qualified and would get our loan in time to close. Not only did that come true but we were clear to close days in advance. Their online portal was so easy to use and I could just upload or download everything. The rate and terms were excellent and I would gladly use them again. Everyone was so knowledgeable and kept us moving forward. They really impressed my wife and me.

Hector Guzman didn't listen to me when described my house and ended up costing me $72000. Avoid Edited to add I escalated it and no one cares. Won't let me listen to the recording to prove my side. So no Andrew I will not be emailing you unless you will let me listen to the recording.

We had the pleasure of working with agent Humberto Gomez in securing the refinancing of our home. He was an amazing individual who walked us through the entire process. Every question was answered completely, thoroughly, and honestly! Much different than my previous mortgage holder! My old company wanted to match Rocket when they found out that they offered me a better rate and at NO points! I though, no way! They were ready to rip me off until they got caught ! I will recommend Rocket to everyone I meet!

Another great Quicken Loans experience! Refinancing existing loan was quick and easy, basically modified the existing loan, shortened the term, lowered the interest and with promotions and credits applied, basically a no fee refinance. What could be better, all from the comfort of our home.

Rocket mortgage did a great job closing on my home purchase in a very limited amount of time after another lender dropped the ball. They also help me refinance for little cost whenever I can benefit from lower rates. I take comfort knowing my loan is serviced by them since they have such great customer service and are always there when I need help.

We are extremely pleased with the experience we had working with Quicken Loans. They made everything very easy, they were always available, and we now have a beautiful home that we never would have obtained without them. I have found the associates here to be extremely caring and concerned for their clients welfare and putting them into the best spot possible, whether by eliminating crushing credit card debt, providing the needed funds for home remodeling or just helping people payoff their homes to be able to retire with a fully paid off home. They take the time to check in with me frequently to make sure I am always in the best spot with their loan tracking program.
