They are available 24hrs a day, Marilyn was available at 2 am when i called and got me started right away through the process over the phone.They go above and beyond for their clients so helpful and the process goes quickly making sure you understand every step of the way! I called them and they answered quickly. Explained our situation and had a bond really quickly. They were understandable and made the process easy for me and they had everything done and sent over to the jail in a quickly manner. That same day actually and it was around 5. The individual was released around 3 AM after all that /next day. They sent a docusign to me and it was easier so I didn't have to travel. Idk what else to say I initially worked with Jeff, Fieldman and had a really good experience it allowed me to stay calm. Thank you for your actions and service provided.

I am very disappointed today with this company , I was treated rudely and lied to , the man just put me off all day wouldn't call me back when he knew I was on my way ,I live 2 hours away and then tells me he's closing by the time I get there, which it's a 24 hr service, and then tells me I need another 200 for weekend, which he made a deal this morning with me and never mentioned that! And then proceeded to hang up on me. Waste of my day money time and gas .
