Worst bank you can go to they take forever, super slow it’s always packed and their cash advance never works!! They never answer their phones either

The last time I came to this Bank was in the spring season of 2018. I don’t have a account with Bank of America anymore. When I first opened an acct with this specific Banking location, there was 3-4 bank tellers. Hence this was over 15 years ago. Well this recent visit was to cash a check, and I stood in line for over 30 Minutes. I’m not sure if it’s the other clients that are at fault or if it’s a combination of other facts. The fact is, there is only 2-3 tellers or less and the personal bankers don’t help them out. I can understand if the personal banker is busy but if they are having a conversation with another (PB) then take some initiative and help get the line down. I have worked in customer service and always do the best that I can to make customers happy before they leave the business. I don’t see myself going to this branch due to long lines and limited tellers. The nice thing about this branch....is that they have 3 atms. So if you need your $ or need to deposit then bypass tellers.

I was here because of fraud. The lady said she couldn't help me that I needed an appointment I said okay that's fine then she said that I was going to be tomorrow. Went back in and ask the same lady to close my accounts and said that I still need to come back tomorrow. Worst customer service ever. Sandy was the representative that I talked to.

This is the worse Bank of America In America! Customer service is at a all time low. Two tellers working and four tellers walking around. The ones that were walking around could have assisted with the two tellers working to bring the line of over 20 people down. They need to hire more people or close the location! I waited 40 minutes before seeing a teller. And the Customer service is the worst! No sorry for the wait or nothing.

It says your bank was going to be open for Juneteenth and that it was confirmed by the business three days prior. However, I head down there and its locked up.

Tellers are nice, but they are SO SLOW. I spent 40 minutes in a line with only 4 people ahead of me, only 2 tellers working, and 3 if the prople ahead of me were merchants *there was no separate window just fir merchants), so I spent almost and it took FORTY MINUTES for me to get to one of the 2 tellers working. I read other reviews and practically EVERYONE has the same complaint: horrible, rude, SLOW customer service!! Is anyone fron Corporate B of A actually reading these posts???

Took me over 30 minutes to get a cashiers check. 15 people in line and only two windows working. I would have been fine waiting but there was three people behind those tellers just talking and gossiping, at least go hide. Bad experience.

Horrible horrible. Everytime I go into the bank I have to wait 40-1hr it does not matter what time it is. There is always 1 to 2 tellers and lile 20 people in line. At least 5 employees walkimg around .Talking and laughing behind the counters or greeting people ..how about instead of greeting you get behind the window and show some urgency! At least pretend you care about our time!!!! This is like this at every Bank of america. 51st, 75th, every b of a close to me is just lacking in urgency to help its customers, then when you complain . I was told there are other ways of banking . I know but this is the way I CHOOSE! I dont want to take a picture of my company checks or deposit them thru the ATM . It is incredibly fustraining BOFA .!!!!! Hire more people or put more tellers to work. EVERY single window should have a teller on Friday, Saturday and Sunday .
