Can't say enough good things about this shop. Awesome service and amazing prices.... dang near shocking prices especially for a pawn shop and their not selling junk, they sell top notch clean items. And as far as their service... Gabriel and Art will tend to all your needs with a smile unlike most other shops, it actually seems like they want to be there and help you. Top notch pawn shop and will never go anywhere else!!!!

Always had a great experience untill I spoke with a gentlemen named Daniel. I was requesting assistance regarding a fee. Besides denying my request which is fine.. business is business...BUT...the professional Mr. DANIEL decided to go a step further and mention he wouldn't assist me if he could.... thus why im leaving this review. During times like this where you're on top one moment and the bottom the next; I hope PAWN 1ST trains their people better

I was nervous working with a Pawn Shop for the first time, Jaszy and Daniel helped me when I initially got my loan, and were there when I paid it down. Great people! Easy Pawn shop to deal with!

Everyone is always nice here. I have bought and pawned and they are trustworthy and back what they sale. I purchased a t.v. over 3 years ago and it is still going strong. If you want honest..trustworthy...and friendly people this the place to go. Jaszy is especially kind...But I haven't met a rude person here in over the 4 or so years I have been coming here.

I had some last minute Christmas shopping to do. Pawn1st was open and they greeted me as I walked in. I had a few questions on two items and the manager Art was very helpful and answered all my questions. Great quality of items and very clean. Highly recommend and I will be back for sure!

This place is Great, Art was able to give me a collateral loan in my time of need! I came back and picked up my item in the same condition I gave it to Art at the Bell location. Great service, and friendly environment. I even went back to do some shopping and found some amazing deals.

I would give a sixth Star if it was avalible. Wonderful environment, great customer service, but most of all I was impressed by the changes the shop has made since I was last in the store. WELL DONE!!! . Also the asst. Manager was helpful and very pleasant . Which is refreshing since one on one customer service hardly exists anymore. I believe her name was Kassy.👍

I have been going here for awhile now and the store was pretty bad until new management took over. When Rene and his team came in I have never had a bad experience since. The store is always clean and organized. The BEST part of the store is the manager Rene!! He always helps you get the best deals and will go above and beyond for you. Rene and Kassie have done so much for me. Everyone at the store has been wonderful they have always helped me out when I needed it the most. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

Gabriel & Arturo are a blessing from heaven. They both made me feel less stressed about visiting to sell some of my jewelry. So I thought this store would be in good hands since it was under new management but I was wrong. I came in their with a Tiffanys necklace that wasn't your typical Tiffanys necklace so this mastermind of jeweler took literally a 5 second look and said it was fake. Not only was the way he said it super disrespectful anyone who had any common sense or prior experience dealing with customers wouldn't of said it the way he did and would of asked for a 2nd opinion. All the while the GM didn't say anything or do anything he just acted like he didn't know what was going on. Managers should never do that because an experience manager is fully aware and will always chime in or add a second opinion. I went some where else and they assured me it wasn't a fake. If you want a pawn shop that does more of looking at themselves in the mirror then actually giving customers any type of assistance this is your store. Real leadership is needed here .

HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE ...My experience in the past year has always been great. The place felt inviting and fun. The old store manager was always talking to people and was just a fun place to be. It is not always a great feeling needing money, but I always felt things were going to get better after leaving there. In my past recent visits to the store, Gabe and Britney have been so rude and arrogant. As I walked in they seemed to be more concerned about there cell phones. I also saw the new Store manager Arguing with another customer. They were not not helpful in anyway and simply seemed as if I needed them . They hold your stuff and use it and tell you. Well we will drop it and sell it. They don't want to work with you. On both occasions they are simply talking among themselves and it simply seems the care factor is no longer in existence. I'm Sorry I need money and sometimes fall short in getting my payment on time. But to feel like I got money from loan sharks and its a or else feeling has left me with a poor taste for this particular pawn shop. . I do not know were the old Store Manager Renee went, When I asked they said he left. Very unhappy. I had to put one star because it will not let me post it with ZERO.

Kassie the assistant manager was so attentive and friendly! I really appreciate their pristine customer service! The manager Rene shows how proud he is to run this store. THE best customer service!! I normally don’t like to write reviews but felt this one was necessary. Maria greeted my wife and I the moment we walked in. She surprised us by letting us know she could give us more than what we asked for if we needed more in the future. She even told us to call her directly if we had any questions or concerns. She’s so friendly and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly. In my honest opinion, this is the best pawn shop hands down. We won’t go anywhere else from now on. 1st time here and thanks to Maria it definitely won’t be the last. 🤩

Went in to get a loan on my Michael Kors watch. The woman informed me that unfortunately she could not take it because the battery was dead but gave me an estimate of what she could give me. Went and got a battery for it and went right back. Same woman helped me. She was amazing, she stuck by her price. I was in-and-out of there within 10 minutes. She gave me a good deal on it!
