Spoke with Katy about my renewal and she was very helpful! Great customer service. I was always afraid of asking for an extension but I was able to push back my ticket an extra week! Don’t be afraid to ask and communicate with this business I’m sure they would be willing to help out IF THEY CAN! I also noticed their APR is definitely one of the best I’ve seen. I’ve had a great encounter with the owner I believe also that was very fair. I only needed some extra Xmas money and he gave me what I asked and didn’t try to over extend my balance for my high dollar jewelry! Thanks. Sabrina

My first visit was at nite time and it was close to closing time. The female and male workers where very helpful and honest. The time didnt seem to bother them at all. Thdy didnt try and rush me through it. They took there time and answered any questions had. Wish every pawn shop was like this one.

Justin and his crew are THE BEST! It doesn't matter if your pawning a $5 tool or a $50,000 gold necklace, they treat you with the utmost respect and exceptional customer service you deserve. They are always willing to work with you and Justin has taken his time and taught me things during my transactions and I've actually learned a few things that make me a educated customer. They could have taken advantage of me at times but consistently take the high road and pay me fair. Good job guys, I'll see you tomorrow...

Pawn shops can be life savers or they can be dead ends. Pawn shops that close at 6 are no help during the week if you are working . Pawn shops that only accept certain name brand items are no good either. Arrow Pawn is the only shop open in Phoenix, the most expansive city in the country, after 7pm . The only one. Your items need to be small enough to fit through the safety window at night. During the day, the pawn shop / mercantile is open for business through big main doors and a long counter with many helpful hands. At night, it's one guy., One window. Don't take anything extra including attitude. What he says goes. He is a stickler for the rules but he treats everyone the same . Fair. The store advertises closing time at 930pm. Don't push your luck. Get there by 9pm because when the line dies down after that, . the window is known to close. A small indoor waiting room work for social distancing, so if people are inside, you wait outside. Convenient bus stop is about 20 steps away. Bring a current and valid I'd and have a safe place to put cash before going outside. The neighborhood can be a bit rough so stay alert, lock your vehicle , get in get out. Piece of cake. Don't lose you pawn slip or you will pay extra when you redeem your property. This store does a great service to a community they rarely gets what it needs. A+

This pawn shop is awesome huge selection of great items tools, collectables, electronics, jewelry, you name it chances are they have it. Not to mention the owner Justin is a great guy and will give you deal on top of deal on his merchandise if buying or selling keeping his customers continuing to keep shopping here. Love this place definitely a place to stop to check out if your in the area 👍.

I’ve had to pawn things through the years and they’ve always have worked with me when I was going to be a little late on my payments. These guys are great. I will be continuing taking them my business. I worked for them for a little bit and it was great. Justin is a great guy and boss...

omg where do i begin!? i always shop here for my gold; Rings, earrings, necklaces etc. and i always leave satisfied, this past saturday i went in looking for a wedding band for my husband because his doesn’t fit anymore, too small :( and jessica went above and beyond to help me look for one. she measured my husbands wedding band and so i told her i needed to find one that’s a size bigger. and when i tell you she went above and beyond she really did. she measured maybe like 20 different rings to help me find the size that my husband needed. i honestly think i took about 20-30 minutes deciding which one i was gonna take and she was just so very patient with me. i honestly never leave reviews but then there’s moments like these that make me make me want to leave a review. i hope the owner/manager recognize that they have an outstanding employee.

Used to be the go to spot til one of my items went "missing" the broker even showed it to me and said it was the only one in the shop don't know why it was so special to him but since then I will no longer need this place

I love that they are opened late- super convenient!!!! David is awesome and always super helpful. He always does the most he possibly can to make sure his costumers walk out of here happy and come back. I definately recommend this place!

It's amazing how fast a place can go from great to abysmal. I had the unfortunate luck of getting "helped" by what seemed to be a new-hire, as he was being misled -pardon me- as he was being led by a woman who herself, seemed to possibly be a relatively new addition to the once-stellar crew. The two were quick with ignorance and insult, but slow in any areas that would've proved beneficial to either myself or the business that they were actively grinding into the dirt beneath their feet. Maybe the management just made a mistake in who they recently hired, as I hadn't seen these two working here before. If that's the case, they made a huge mistake indeed... to put it mildly. If you want to be treated fairly - scratch that- if you want to be treated like a human being, find a different pawn shop. This one still has a couple of the good employees who made this place so good before but in my view, it simply isn't worth the risk of getting one of these impossibly inept and ill-mannered staff members. They will take your good mood, crumple it up into a wad, stuff it in their mouths and chew on it for a minute, then, once it resembles an old dog toy that's been big Barky's favorite for the last ten years, complete with all the spittle and drool the average Saint Bernard produces over a lifetime, they'll throw your now mangled good mood into a garbage can about 20 feet away, celebrating as they bank it off the wall it's positioned in front of, then ending their offensive dismissal with a smug, eye-to-eye smile as they stand, arms folded, behind the counter.

Amazing staff! Was greeted immediately as I walked through the front door bye Fernanda. She was very helpful with some Halloween decorations that I saw on Facebook Marketplace. All the staff was friendly and courteous. They even tested the items for me. Completely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely shop there again and highly recommend them.

David at arrow pawn and jewelry on Thomas is definitely excellent customer service helped us out in a time of need and gave us a fair deal the main store was even closed and he let me come in through the side door and looking to see how big the store was. Definitely have repeat customers on our end

I went to arrow pawn today to fix my watch and they did and put a new battery in. It’s a cool place and the staff are nice, helpful and friendly.

David helped us out. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He took an extra couple minutes to explain all the terms ensuring we completely understood the pawn loan. We appreciate that and will definitely continue doing business here.

Justin is amazing, probably one of my best pawn shop experiences I've had in awhile. Great customer service, Justin definitely listens to what his customers wants and tried his best to facilitates it. It's pretty funny watching him jump from one customer to another to another yet still shows he cares about each and everyone... Thanks for the headphones btw they sound amazing.

This place is awesome! I always wondered why my husbsnd spent so much time there when he would go, so I finally went with him. I get it now! They make you feel like family and its just a really fun environment. We ended up being there just browsing and bullshitting with the employees and all of the sudden we were there for 2 hours. The prices and policies for layaway are amazing. Seriously the most understanding and caring bunch of people. The owner, Justin, is a really great guy as well! Literally the best pawn shop in Arizona!

I've been going to this place for years now and it's amazing every time. The staff is cool and will give you fair deals. My latest experience was with Dave. He really helped me out and saved my life. So I appreciate him. I'll definitely be coming back and will continue to refer others.

I came in after work because I needed a loan before pay day and I was pleasantly surprised. Joyce, the customer service representative was not only pretty but super friendly and fair. She gave me a great price for my Xbox and got me and my son through the night. Thank you Arrow Pawn!

Justin is awesome I got a subwoofer from them it lasted 12 days then I went in to explain when it blew out and it was a awesome experience they gave me another sub for 10 dollars good all around I highly recommend you check them out

I haven't been here in a little over 3 years, but I see that these guys are still the best in town. They will work with you if you have anything of any value. I was in a bad way for a while they always made sure I walked out with at least 30 to 40 bucks for my gas and time going there no matter what small thing I brought in. It has to have some value. Be as fair with them as they always are with everyone. If I had wheels, I'd still only come here. Hands down the best pawn shop in town

Arrow Pawn is always my first stop!!! Even when I’m not looking for things I find something that I can’t turn away from!!! The jewelry selection is my home away from home!! I live across town and couldn’t get there till they were about to close, and even tho he could’ve sent me away an said they’re closed he was really friendly an understood. David fron Arrowhead Pawn shop was fantastic and went beyond any customer service experience my family and i have encountered at the last minute!! He serviced us in such a Phenomenal way, my family and I left more then happy and had lots of laughter during a diffuclt day he turned our evening around and i am beyond greatful to have ended our day with laughter and surperb service!! Love, love, love this place. When ever I am need of extra cash they are there to help. Also when I want to buy something they give me the best deals and have amazing layaway plans. Okay so out of the couple pawn shops I’ve been to, to sell some jewelry these guys were the most friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t remember his name for the life of me, but the owner I believe, well he made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. The other pawn shops I’ve been too either had no idea what they were talking about or They made me feel awkward about having to sell some jewelry. The whole staff is welcoming and kind. I now live all the way in Goodyear but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owner is definitely open minded and has a lot of experience dealing with types of golds, stones, etc.

I enjoy my experience every time I come into the store. The staff will be busy but some how they will acknowledge me and let me know they will be with me shortly. I have been here at least 10 times buying different things and I have experienced nothing but fairness when it come to negotiating a price for an idea. Sometimes I get AWESOME price on something and sometimes not. When I don't get a good price on something I don't feel like anybody was trying to get over on me. This is why I keep coming back. BUTTOM LINE. Be patient and you will get a good deal. Just remember everybody has good days and bad days. Don't let one time ruin your experience here. The owner is a GREAT dude. If he wasn't I would NOT come back and spend my money here.
