I opened my checking and savings account with this amazing credit union. I want to start with the magnificient customer service that I received from Loreto, the manager at this branch. She gives so much kindness and effort to her members and answers any questions that you might have. The amazing member service is reflected with her team as well, and you will feel very welcome at this branch. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, and outstanding performance. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and it is such a positive environment that leaves you wanting to come back for your daily financial needs. Thank you so much!

This branch was so amazing! This was my first time coming into this branch and they were so friendly and helpful. When I went in there was a line. I was greeted at the door by a banker that asked what I was in for. I told them I needed to make a deposit. He gave me other options on making the deposit. The ATM was the best option for me. He walked me over to the ATM and showed me how to use it to make my deposit! Thank you for the help!

I have been banking with this credit union for many years (after closing my account at a national bank). I especially love this location, the Encanto Branch. Right near downtown Phoenix, so convenient and I love the service that I get here. The employees are always friendly, SUPER helpful and nothing short of amazing. The branch manager Loreto Osuna is really on top of things. She takes such good care of her customers. I have my car loan through this bank, as well as some personal loans, and everything is super manageable through their online banking system. Everything is very easy to navigate. I also love that when I call Customer Service that I can actually speak to someone right away. It just feels more personal. Like I am not just a number. I highly recommend this bank and check out the Encanto Branch they are pretty awesome.

I have been with this credit union since 1991. The employees are courteous, professional, and have outstanding loan rates. Sure, more locations would be great, but it is worth the drive for their outstanding service.

I've been a member with this credit union for over 20 years. They have been great credit union. Only draw back is only one location in the valley. They need to expand like other credit unions. I have now moved on to Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. Branches everwhere in the valley with great service and open on Saturday's.

Leslie helped me out today and got everything I needed ready quickly. I've come here a lot in the last few years and each time everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Check membership rules on website before making trip. Quiet spot to do banking, not super easy to see from road but north side right after 3rd street light pole w. of 15th ave.

First time at the new copper state location it was very well renovated, along with the new and great renovations the employees were great, provided great customer services. I went in for a simple deposit, was also informed about the fully service ATM. Can not wait for my next visit. overall AMAZING!

I love this bank but getting direct deposit is a little upsetting. I work early mornings and some Friday mornings my gas would be on that E mark so I would have to call in late for a few hours until the bank opens for me to receive my cash. Only one disappointing issue for me.
