Peoples Bank South Blvd, Charlotte

I visited the branch on Monday. The teller Diane Jaggers was helping me. She was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. The branch was busy and she was running back and forth between the lobby and drive thru. I know many places are short staffed but there was another teller who was just standing there while Dianne did everything. When Dianne finally asked for help the other teller Ebony caused a scene. I come to the branch often and every time it seems to be the same issue. Dianne running back and forth while other tellers are just standing or sitting around.

Exceptional customer service. The team is very well organized and my business interactions with them have been pleasant.

By far the slowest bank ever.

It seems to be all good but they lack the customer service number so that everything is faster

The people working behind the counter are arrogant and completely unhelpful. Super frustrating to try and get documents from them for a name change from marriage. I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch hour trying to get someone to help me. Not only did they have no idea how.. they had no intention of figuring it out and instead just told me they can’t. So frustrating.

The staff on South Blvd is friendly, professional and they build bonds.

Terrible, slow, exasperating, zero customer service. They should be more of a church
