What to say about Partners Federal Credit Union on International Drive? I love this credit union. I have refinanced both my cars with them and they are great at rates and work with you. The facilities are very clean and marked with stickers for social distancing and everyone wears masks. The tellers and advisors are great. They also have a nice seating area. They used to offer complimentary coffee but due to COVID-19 it isn't safe. There is a security officer at the entrance and an ATM for when they're close. There are many parking spaces too. Highly recommend it!

WOW! What a great experience speaking with Mr. Jeffrey Seda, He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This young man truly embodies the Disney spirit and made me feel appreciated and part of the Disney family. Thank you very much again and I look forward to many years of banking with Partners Federal Credit Union, you guys rock!

I think it’s so inconvenient that the only hours available are Monday to Friday 9-4:30pm. And then when you try to make an appointment, the latest appointment is 3:00pm. You have no idea how frustrating this is especially when there’s guests that truly believe and want to be members at partners. I’ve been trying for over a year to find a better rate and switch over to partners since I have an account with them but it’s near impossible to be able to do so because of these hours. PLEASE bring back Saturday or late nights during the week.

Every Partners branch is great, but this one really stands out in Customer Service. Every single time I walk in, I am greeted by someone with a bright smile on their face, and very rarely do I ever have to wait more than 10 minutes to meet with someone if I’m needing to discuss more than withdrawals or deposits. Even though there are closer ones to me, this is the Partners I prefer to go to!

I went to the bank teller today july 23 because my card wasn't working usually they are very nice, but today there was a lady working there named LIZ and let me tell you she gave me a bad actitud like she was annoyed. I just need it a withdrawal something fast. I just happened to check my accounts and she did EVERYTHING wrong, I ended up having to call and do everything over the phone. Very disappointing

Partners NEEDS to open back up on Saturday, the majority of their clients/customers are Disney employees which doesn't equate to me, was just at the parks and THEY ARE FULL (and open Saturdays lol) keep in mind the Parks have a much higher volume of customers yet they are fully operational and in accordance with local and state statutes ... I see the usual response regarding the lack of Saturday availability is something along the lines of "we are doing our best to stay safe and within regulations" yet again the parks are fully operational to a much higher degree, whereas the branch locations themselves are arguably easier to service the masses with no contact available at the drive through windows.... Whether the branches and the parks correlate or not they are both establishments and representations of Disney and thus have the responsibility to provide that excellent service they are typically known for. My perception is that this comes down to a cost versus service issue and rather then the company taking a loss - if any on behalf of the customer to accommodate them we get the implied statement of "it's in conversations on the corporate/excecutive level" You guys are great at what you do but look at how this is affecting your reviews and potential business moving forward... Is the cost of having a handful of employees and maybe a manager or two work the drive-thru Windows part-time on Saturdays for a few hours really greater than the amount of potential business you are losing as well as how much this is affecting your reputation? Just food for thought, I mean seriously it's not like I'm needing to apply for a home loan credit card but at least let us withdraw or deposit from your drive through windows and after all isn't that what the 24-hour helpline is for? If Ohana's can bring back their noodles then you guys can DEFINITELY bring back Saturdays.

The most inconvenient bank I’ve ever had. Closes too early and never opened on the weekends, even Saturday morning! Constant issues with the mobile app being down and only 3 locations with ATM’s. Appointments are useless when you’re still stuck waiting 90 minutes to resolve an issue.

Great bank. You need to bring back 1 late night and Saturday banking like other banks have. We all can't make it 9 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. It is a hardship.

I came to partners FCU and spoke with Armando Almirall . He was very professional and answered all of my questions. It definitely made me want to continue using Partners for everything other than a loan. Great customer service and will come back to see Armando!! Very satisfied 😁
