Truist Blake Blvd, Celebration

I went on suntrust / Truist website to find a location open on Saturday because I’m still waiting on them to release a deposit from 2 weeks ago that was to be released on 3-5 days. Call center told me to go to branch. I work 9 am to 6 pm I can’t make it during the week. I get there the sign on the doors says the open at 9 am on Saturday. No one is there! No one not one car no lights on nothing it’s 9:15 am when I leave. Came back around 9:45 still nothing ! Completely irrate it’s disgusting the lake of professionalism

Amazing experience from the Truist Celebration Branch in opening a new account. Very helpful and understands how to help International non US customers.

My experience at this branch was unacceptable. I even complained the next day and the employee said “Oh, ok” Did not even offer an apology. I will be severing ties with SunTrust over the next few months. They are very rude and unprofessional. Do not bank here!!

Continues to have the worst customer service today. This location is only good for the ATM.Thanks for nothing Just wanted to break $500 into $1’s $5’s and $10’s for work. The good for nothing bank teller tells me they can’t make change over $200 and I would have to deposit it. What kind of bank makes a stupid rule like that? Went to Bank of America, no issues “have a nice day”. Screw this SunTrust.

Made an appointment online to service a business account. Apparently appointments mean nothing at this branch. Was told the business banker was too busy to help me. As soon as both of my business accounts can be moved to another bank they will be.

Completely arrogant. They act like they are doing you a favor by being your bank. Walked in with my son to open an account for him and after ignoring us for a while they told us they wouldn’t do it without an appointment. Tried to get an appointment and it’s worse than scheduling at a doctor. They wanted us to wait for days then only come in the middle of the day when I’m not near this office. Would not bend on the appointment or helping walk-ins. We’ve been customers there for generations and have significant balances in our other accounts but they couldn’t care less. Same treatment on accessing my safe deposit box - “come back later when you have an appointment”. Stay away.

Friendly staff. I was very well received and had all that I need quickly solved. Special thanks to Jose Rodriguez that was very kind. I did not see any long line at ATM also. Highly recommend.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! Don't come here if you're in a hurry. I have waited 45 minutes in the commercial lane just to make a deposit. Just today, I saw 4 cars pull in, be taken care of and leave while I was waiting. I cannot wait until my regular branch reopens.

This branch is, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any financial institution.
