The sign on the door list hours, they do not abide by these hours and merely show up when ever it seems. They listed Saturday hours but an hour after opening no one was the branch. Upon a second trip around 2 pm still no one was there. No sign on the door nothing. I went back a 3rd time, the staff told me they dont have to work Saturdays and the sign is wrong. Its a privilege they company is even open on Saturday! When I finally closed my account due to the lack luster skill set of the service staff of the "TRUIST" brand at an alternate location that manager advised politely that they are aware of the issue at his location.

When Truist took over not all my accounts followed online. Tried MULTIPLE times over 5 weeks to resolve. LEAVING PERMANENTLY

Read some horror reviews online and was prepared for the worst. I am a British citizen and was trying to open a US account. We were greated with Happy smiles and instant service by Zeke, he sorted everything and Sun trust now have 2 very happy customers. Great bank made better by great staff!

Excellent attention. Open an account with Diego Zambrano. Simply a luxury, I recommend them and I appreciate the good vibes. (They advise you in Spanish throughout the process) We visited several banks and we chose this one, we do not regret it.

Highly recommendable!!! We are from The Netherlands and had to open a bank account in the USA. With another huge American Bank we had a very unpleasant experience in long waiting time of hours on the phone with no result. We couldn't get in touch with them and couldn't set up an appointment. So we were prepared for the worst! Also reading reviews from other foreigners about opening a bank account in the USA. But...we were very much suprised by a real person on the phone answering our questions and setting up an appointment. Honestly, we couldn't believe it would all work out. But it did! Customer Service with capitals!!! This is the example of how it should be done! Very helpful, taking the time and answering all our questions! Even at the counter miss Diaz took the time to help us with a friendly smile! We would like to recommend this bank and give special thanks to miss Diaz, miss Rivera and miss Balladin.

It was very bad treatment and the staff do not serve with kindness. Their treatment was very bad. I did not even receive my debit card. I have been waiting for it for more than two months.

Horrible customer service! Look for another branch . I went there twice To fix a problem with my checking account, no attention! you have to wait for that lady to finish playing with her phone!!!
